    Authentication and Validity Period

    1. To enjoy CIS privileges (including monthly subscription discounts and free monthly talktime) via Online Store, customers will need to be authenticated via a valid corporate email address or corporate/membership access code.
    2. To enjoy CIS privileges (including monthly subscription discounts and free monthly talktime) via StarHub Shops or Roadshows, customers will need to present the following items at point of sign up, an original (1) Staff Pass, (2) Pay Slip, or (3) appropriate HR-endorsed employment document issued no earlier than 3 months before date of new sign-up/recontract.
    3. For customers without the above documents, customers can present their membership documents - (1) Membership physical card/e-card, (2) Membership pass (3) Name tags, name badge with photo ID or Employee profile page.
    4. The validity of CIS monthly mobile plan subscription discounts will be 36 months from new sign-up/recontract. 
    5. Upon expiry of the validity period, prevailing monthly charges will apply.
