Terms and Conditions - 50% OFF selected Add-On Packs

  1. In addition to these Promotion Terms & Conditions, your subscription to the Promotional Add On Pack (Qiang Dang Yu Le Pack / Supreme Box Office / Idaman Pack / Thangam Migai Pack / Manoranjan Pack) is subject to StarHub's Consumer General Terms & Conditions, Service Specific Terms & Conditions for StarHub TV Services, and any further terms and conditions that you and we may have agreed to from time to time. You may view our terms and conditions at http://www.starhub.com.
  2. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between any provision of these Promotion Terms & Conditions, the Consumer General Terms & Conditions and Service Specific Terms & Conditions, the documents shall be construed in the following order of precedence:
    a. Promotion Terms & Conditions;
    b. Service Specific Terms & Conditions for StarHub TV Services; and
    c. Consumer General Terms & Conditions.
  3. The promotional period is from 4 Aug 2018 to 14 Sept 2018
  4. The promotion is available to [new and existing StarHub TV residential customers who sign up or re-contract for StarHub TV Services (as the case may be)] during the promotional period, and who do not have outstanding bills due to StarHub.
  5. This promotion is not available to commercial or bulk subscription customers.
  6. A minimum monthly subscription to 3 Basic Tiers is required and this does not include subscription to Pay-Per-View, main set-top box and additional set-top box(es).
  7. You will have to sign up for a minimum 12-month contract for the Promotional Pack, which shall start from the date the pack is activated (“Minimum Period of Service”).
  8. You will enjoy the Promotional Pack at the promotional rate of 50% off per month during the first 6 months of the Minimum Period of Service. After this, you will be charged the full price per month as listed below.
    1. Qiang Dang Yu Le Pack ($28.90/mth)
    2. Supreme Box Office Pack ($28.90/mth)
    3. Idaman Pack ($19.90/mth)
    4. Thangam Migai Pack ($21.90/mth)
    5. Manoranjan Pack ($25.90/mth)
  9. You will have to pay Early Termination Charges if you terminate the Promotional Pack during the Minimum Period of Service. The Early Termination Charges will be charged on a pro-rated basis, and calculated based on the applicable monthly recurring charges and the remaining unfulfilled months in the Minimum Period of Service: $[x] x number of months unfulfilled in [Service / Pack] Minimum Period of Service / [x] months
  10. All prices quoted are inclusive of 7% GST. Prices will be adjusted according to the prevailing GST rates.
  11. Promotion cannot be used to offset existing subscription charges or outstanding balances due to StarHub.
  12. Promotion is non-exchangeable for cash or kind, is non-refundable and non transferable.
  13. Unless we specify otherwise, this promotion is not available with other discounts, promotions, special packages or external offers.
  14. StarHub reserves the right to determine your entitlement to this promotion, and reject any application for the Promotional Pack, at its sole discretion.
  15. StarHub further reserves the right to revise any of these Promotion Terms & Conditions (including pricing plans) at its sole discretion without prior notice. Your use of Subscribed Pack will constitute acceptance of these Promotion Terms and Conditions and the amendments thereof.
  16. These Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and parties agree to be bound by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
