Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By accessing the StarHub SMB Online Store ("this Site") and/or any content or services therein, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any of these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue your access to this Site and/or any content or services therein. We may at any time revise these Terms & Conditions by updating this version. By accessing these sites and/or using any content or services therein, you agree to be bound by any such revisions. Please therefore visit this web page periodically to determine any changes to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Mobile
    1. By placing an order through the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, current and complete in all aspects, and you are duly authorised to place orders on behalf of the business.
    2. Relevant documents are to be produced for the subscription of mobile service.
    3. Phone packages, offers and service plans are accurate at the time of printing and are subject to changes
    4. Subscription to any mobile line bundled with a handset shall be subject to a 24-month contract. In the event of any termination during the 24 months, an early termination charge shall apply.
    5. No downgrading of service plan is allowed during the 24-month contractual period otherwise downgrade fee charges will be applicable.
    6. Advertised phone offers are not applicable with consumer/CIS sign-ups or other promotions, unless otherwise stated.
    7. Transactions for subscription of mobile services on StarHub SMB Online Store are limited to 5 devices/lines per BRN. Please contact us at smbonlinestore@starhub.com
    8. The Early Recontract Scheme is applicable if you are renewing your mobile service between the 13th and 21st month of your mobile contract. If you do so, you will be subject to an Early Recontract Fee of $200/$300.
    9. Trade-in of handset service is NOT available via StarHub SMB Online Store.
    10. Consolidation of recontract voucher is not available via StarHub SMB Online Store.
    11. All purchased items via StarHub SMB Online Store is non-exchangeable & non refundable.

  2. SmartUC Mobile
    1. By placing an order through the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, current and complete in all aspects, and you are duly authorised to place orders on behalf of the business.
    2. Relevant documents are to be produced for the subscription of SmartUC Mobile service.
    3. Offers and service plans are accurate at the time of printing and are subject to changes.
    4. In the event of any termination during the 24 months, an early termination charge shall apply.
    5. Transactions for subscription of fixed services (Broadband, SmartUC) on StarHub SMB Online Store are limited to: (a) 10 lines per BRN for customers for which more than 6 months from the first active service with StarHub have elapsed; and (b) 5 lines per BRN for all other customers.     6. The Early Recontract Scheme is applicable if you are renewing your SmartUC Mobile service from the 21st month of your contract.
    7. Consolidation of recontract voucher is not available via StarHub SMB Online Store.

  3. Pricing and Promotions
    1. All prices stated are inclusive of 7% GST.
    2. All prices stated are based on recontract offers and handset prices are after discount.
    3. Administrative fee of $10.70 will be waived for each re-contracting mobile line on the StarHub SMB Online Store.
    4. The total Charges indicated upon checking out of your cart are indicative only, and is subject to your eligibility for additional discounts.
    5. Unless otherwise stated, premiums and accessories are not applicable to promotions in StarHub SMB Online Store.
    6. Only valid StarHub Recontract vouchers may be used for applicable purchases on the Online Store.
    7. For mobile services, The Early Recontract Scheme is applicable if you are renewing your mobile service between the 13th and 21st month of your mobile contract. If you do so, you will be subject to an Early Recontract Fee of $200/$300.

  4. Free SmartUC Mobile Programme ("Programme)"
    1. Applicants must be a small and medium-sized company, business or partnership (SMEs) registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) to be eligible for this Programme.
    2. Applicants are required to present their latest business profile and other relevant documents as may be required by StarHub.
    3. Applications are subject to StarHub’s approval and credit checks.
    4. StarHub reserves the right to determine the eligibility of each sign-up under this Programme.
    5. Programme is valid from 12 February 2020 for a limited period only. StarHub reserves the right to end the Programme at any time without prior notice at its absolute discretion.
    6. StarHub will use its reasonable endeavours to meet a provisioning lead-time of 4 working days subject always to availability of network, service, resources, access, in-building cabling and tray and the procurement of all relevant approvals.
    7. Customers who sign up for new SmartUC Mobile subscription under this Programme will enjoy waiver of subscription till 1 September 2020. StarHub's prevailing rates apply thereafter. 
    8. Customers who sign up for new SmartUC Mobile VAS on SmartUC Fixed will enjoy waiver of subscription till 1 September 2020. StarHub's prevailing rates apply thereafter.
    9. Waiver of subscription will be reflected in the following month's bill.
    10. All prices stated are inclusive of 7% GST.
    11. In addition to there Terms & Conditions, StarHub's prevailing Business General and applicable Service Specific Terms & Conditions apply.
    12. StarHub reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate, whether in whole or part, this Programme and/or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice and at StarHub’s absolute discretion.
    13. Participation in this Programme shall constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any amendments thereof.
       
  5. Delivery
    1. You must ensure that the Company's Authorised Officer/Owner/Director is present in person with a printout of the order email confirmation, original NRIC of Authorised Officer, company stamp during delivery to receive the goods and sign the mobile service contract, otherwise the delivery will be aborted.
    2. For new StarHub Business customers, ACRA profile (printed within 3 months) will need to be produced at the point of delivery on top of the documents stated in 4.1. 
    3. If the Authorised Officer is not the owner or director of the Company, an original letter of authorization with Company's letterhead indicating name, NRIC, designation of Authorised Officer, and signed by the Company Owner/Director (with company stamp) will need to be produced.
    4. Your 2-year mobile contract and selected subscription fees will commence from the selected delivery date.
    5. We will deliver the Products to the place of delivery designated by you and agreed to by us. Delivery will be available for Singapore (main island) only. You may reschedule your delivery up to two (2) times, at the charge of $12.84 per request. If the delivery cannot be completed by the third delivery date, there shall be no further attempts for delivery. There shall be no refund for your order if we are unable to complete the delivery by the third delivery date, or if we are unable to contact you to arrange the delivery.
    6. If you opted for a change of SIM card for when re-contracting for your existing mobile service line, your mobile service may be disrupted for up to 3 hours prior to delivery while your new SIM card is undergoing activation.
    7. To help ensure the safety of our riders, delivery times may be affected due to bad weather and/or traffic conditions. StarHub reserves the right to reject any order and shall have no liability to you under such circumstances.
    8. Unless otherwise specified by us in writing, you are liable to pay for all delivery charges.
    9. We may, in our absolute discretion, deliver the Products by instalments in any sequence. Where the Products are delivered by instalments, no default or failure by StarHub in respect of any one or more instalments will vitiate the contract for sale in respect of Products already delivered or undelivered Products.
    10. We may, at our absolute discretion, use a third party delivery contractor to deliver the Products to you and that delivery of the Products will be subject to the terms and conditions of contract between us and the delivery contractor.
    11. Any delivery times quoted by us are only estimates and no guarantee or warranty is made by us or our delivery contractor that an order will be delivered with the quoted delivery times. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery of any Products or Services, howsoever caused.
       
  6. Number Portability
    1. Number portability is not applicable if existing number is a pre-paid service
    2. Should the port-in request fail or terminate, a temporary number will be used. Number change will be subject to availability and charges.
       
  7. Other Applicable Terms

In addition to the terms and conditions herein, your use of and payment for Products and/or Services obtained via these Sites are governed by StarHub’s prevailing terms and conditions for such Products and/or Services (including StarHub’s Business General Terms & Conditions and Service Specific Terms & Conditions).

StarHub reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate, whether in whole or part, this Promotion and/or any of these terms and conditions without prior notice at StarHub's absolute discretion.
