Terms & Conditions - StarHub TV Online Channels


  1. This service is applicable to all MaxOnline Access plan customers except MaxOnline Flexisurf Express customers.
  2. All charges of StarHub TV Online Channels will be billed to the customer's MaxOnline account.
  3. No warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, is made in relation to the availability, satisfactory quality and reliability of the service.
  4. The rates quoted are valid until such date and time as StarHub may determine.
  5. The channel line-up is subject to change.
  6. Customers must be at least 18 years old to sign up for this service.
  7. StarHub's in-house promotions and discounts are not applicable to the StarHub TV Online Channels service, unless otherwise specified by StarHub.
  8. StarHub will not be liable for any interruption, disruption to or deterioration in the quality, reliability or accuracy of the service or any technical issue that may arise by reason of the User's usage or inability to use the service supplied by StarHub.
  9. Customers are advised to back-up their files on their computers. StarHub will not be responsible for any accidental corruption or deletion of files.
  10. The service is subject to these terms, the StarHub General Terms and Conditions and the Service Specific Terms and Conditions at Legal Notices & Terms.
  11. StarHub reserves the right to change its pricing, promotion terms and conditions relating to the service at its own discretion.
