Language Selection for Voice Prompt
Choose English, Mandarin, Malay or Tamil as your preferred language for the voice prompt played every time you use the service.

Intelligent Login
Save the hassle of having to key in your card number. This clever feature lets you programme 8 telephone numbers as Intelligent Login numbers. When calling from these numbers, simply enter your PIN. There is no need to enter your card number.

Note: Intelligent Login is only valid for use in Singapore.

Speed Dial
For numbers you call all the time, programme them as Speed Dial codes (1-9).

When you want to call any of these numbers, simply enter the Speed Dial code followed by # (e.g. 1#) when you are prompted to enter your telephone number.

Call List
This feature lets you limit the use of the card to a maximum of 5 telephone numbers that you can use the card to call to.

To register your Call List, simply nominate the telephone numbers in your application form or call 1800- CALL IDD (1800-2255 433).

PIN Change
Once in a while, it is advisable to change your PIN for security reasons.

Just dial as if you are making a call on your StarHub International Calling Card. Then, choose the Feature Selection option and follow the voice prompts to change your PIN.

With a unique card number and PIN, you can make overseas calls from any Singapore-registered phone via IDD 008, IDD 018 or a special promotion option*.

Use the access number of the country you are in to make any of the following types of international calls:

• call back to Singapore
• country-to-country calls (e.g. Australia to Malaysia)
• local calls within the country

* Applicable to NRIC/FIN customers only
^ Availability of the service from overseas depends on foreign service providers, hotel and public phone operators

Making an international call back to Singapore from overseas is easy! All you need is the Country Access Number of the country you are in.

With StarHub International Calling Card, you can also use the Country Access Number to make overseas calls to another country (e.g. Australia to Malaysia), or for local calls within that country.
