  1. Subscribers of Digital Voice Home Services must be at least 18 years old.
  2. If an applicant is below 21 years old and wishes to subscribe to the Digital Voice Home Service, the applicant must provide a guarantor who must be at least 21 years old and is either a Singapore citizen or permanent resident.
  3. An activation fee of $42.80 is chargeable for the activation of the Digital Voice Home Service.
  4. A Service Early Termination Fee of $32.10 will be charged if the customer terminates his subscription to the Digital Voice Home Service within 3 months from the commencement of the service.     
  5. The unlimited free outgoing calls promotion is only applicable for outgoing calls made to fixed and mobile numbers registered in Singapore. The unlimited free outgoing calls do not apply to premium rated service calls (e.g. 1900 numbers) and calls made to numbers as stated in the exclusion list, which will be charged at the prevailing rates.   6. Service calls are chargeable at $53.50 per visit. 
  7. Installation service is chargeable at $53.50 per connection. Alternatively, delivery of the voice-enabled cable modem (VeCM) or integrated access device (IAD) only (without installation service) is chargeable at $12.84 per trip to the same service address. 
  8. A minimum of 2 workings days is required to activate the call barring of StarHub’s IDD services.
  9. Customers are required to purchase their own integrated access device (IAD) or their own type-approved voice-enabled cable modem (VeCM) for access to the Digital Voice Home service.
  10. Customers are required to use the VeCM at the Service Address in accordance with the particulars set out in the customer’s subscription agreement with StarHub for the Digital Home Service (“Particulars”). Unless otherwise permitted by StarHub in writing, the Digital Voice Home Service is provided to customers solely at the Service Address only. Customers may request StarHub to change, from time to time, the Particulars, subject to StarHub’s confirmation.  
  11. Type approved IAD or VeCM can be purchased from any StarHub Shop or StarHub Exclusive Partner Shops.
  12. StarHub will not be responsible for any defect of the IAD or VeCM. Any defect of the IAD/VeCM will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty only, and your sole and exclusive remedy for such defects shall be according to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. StarHub will not be responsible for the IAD / VeCM or any related hardware or software comprised therein, or any loss or damage caused by or as a result of the use of the IAD / VeCM, hardware or software, whether in conjunction with the Digital Voice Home Service or not.
  13. The minimum contractual period for Digital Voice Home Service is 6 months.     
  14. The Digital Voice Home Service is subject to these terms and conditions, StarHub's General Terms & Conditions for Info-communications Services and the  Service Specific Terms & Conditions for MaxOnline Services, Digital Voice Subscription, International Telephone Services and Network Connection, which can be found at www.starhub.com (collectively, “the StarHub Terms and Conditions”).
  15. StarHub reserves the right to revise any of the StarHub Terms and Conditions and/or such other terms and conditions agreed or accepted by customers (including pricing plans and payment terms) at its discretion without prior notice. Continued use of the Digital Voice Home Service will constitute acceptance of the StarHub Terms and Conditions (including amendments thereof).
