  1. Subscribers of Digital Voice Global Services must be at least 18 years old.
  2. If an applicant is below 21 years old and wishes to subscribe to the Digital Voice Global Service, the applicant must provide a guarantor who must be at least 21 years old, and is either a Singapore citizen or permanent resident.
  3. A Service Early Termination Fee of $32.10 will be charged if the customer terminates his subscription to the Digital Voice Global Service within 3 months from the commencement of the service.
  4. The unlimited free outgoing calls promotion is only applicable for outgoing calls made to fixed and mobile numbers registered in Singapore. The unlimited free outgoing calls do not apply to premium rated service calls (e.g. 1900 numbers) and calls made to numbers as stated in the exclusion list, which will be charged at the prevailing rates. For details of the exclusion list, please refer to www.starhub.com/voice.
  5. Service calls are chargeable at $53.50 per visit. Installation service is chargeable at $53.50 per computer connection and is limited to the installation of cable modems with USB connection only. Alternatively, delivery is available at $12.84 per trip.
  6. A minimum of 2 working days is required to activate the call barring of StarHub’s IDD services.
  7. Customers are required to purchase their own integrated access device (IAD) for access to the Digital Voice Global Service. An activation fee of $42.80 is chargeable for the activation of the Digital Voice Global Service.
  8. Type approved IAD can be purchased from any StarHub Shop.
  9. StarHub will not be responsible for any defect of the IAD. Any defect of the IAD will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty only, and your sole and exclusive remedy for such defects shall be according to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. StarHub will not be responsible for the IAD or any related hardware or software comprised therein, or any loss or damage caused by or as a result of the use of the IAD, hardware or software, whether in conjunction with the Digital Voice Global Service or not.
  10. The minimum contractual period for Digital Voice Global Service is 6 months.
  11. The Digital Voice Global Service is subject to these terms and conditions, StarHub's General Terms & Conditions for Info-communications Services and the  Service Specific Terms & Conditions for MaxOnline, Digital Voice Subscription, International Telephone Services and Network Connection, which can be found at www.starhub.com (collectively, “the StarHub Terms and Conditions”).
  12. StarHub reserves the right to revise any of the StarHub Terms and Conditions and/or such other terms and conditions agreed or accepted by customers (including pricing plans and payment terms) at its discretion without prior notice. Continued use of the Digital Voice Global Service will constitute acceptance of the StarHub Terms and Conditions (including amendments thereof).
