Availability of Specific Programmes/Channels/Groups

1. StarHub CableTV customers must subscribe to a minimum of 3 Basic Groups before they can upgrade to Basic Upsize Groups and/or additional channels/groups.
2. To upgrade from Basic Groups to Basic Upsize Groups, StarHub CableTV customers must subscribe to all the Basic Upsize Groups corresponding to their existing Basic Groups.
3. HD channels in the Basic HD Upsize are available to StarHub CableTV customers who subscribe to the relevant Basic Groups and/or Basic Upsize Groups. HubStation HD, HD Interactive set-top box or HD set-top box is required.
4. SuperSports Plus (Ch 203) is only available when matches are simulcast.
5. Cricket Extra (Ch 231) is only available when matches are simulcast.
6. On Demand channels are only available to StarHub CableTV customers with a HubStation, HubStation HD or HD Interactive set-top box.
7. To access the catch up channels on BBC Knowledge, BBC Lifestyle, CTI TV, E City, ONE Sensation Pack, TVBJ, TVBS Asia, VV Drama, La Liga On Demand, PGA Tour On Demand and WWE Series On Demand, please tune in to the corresponding channel and press the yellow button. HubStation, HubStation HD or HD Interactive set-top box is required.
8. To subscribe to Horse Racing Channel 88 (Ch 288), you must have an existing Tele-bet account with Singapore Turf Club. For more details, please call Singapore Turf Club at 6879 1388 from Mondays to Fridays (from 8am to 5pm) and weekend (from 10.30am to the last race of the day). Horse Racing Channel 89 (Ch 289) will be available when there is simulcast of races.
9. Customers may upgrade channel(s) at anytime. Downgrade of channel(s) will be take effect from your next billing cycle after we receive your notice to downgrade provided you have been subscribed to the channel continuously for at least one month immediately preceding the downgrade. An administrative charge of $10.70 (inclusive of 7% GST) may be levied each time you make a change to your channel combination.
10. Ultimate Value Pack promotion discount will not be applicable to the following add-on channels: momokids Asia, KMTV, iConcerts Pack, CinemaWorld Pack, EROS Bolloywood On Demand, 8 On-Demand and TVB Cantonese On Demand.
    

Installation/Delivery Charges

1. Installation charges are payable for the installation of set-top boxes by StarHub at the service addresses of StarHub CableTV customers.
2. An installation charge of S$32.10 is payable for the installation of the first set-top box or HubStation. An additional S$16.05 is payable for each additional set-top box or HubStation installed during the same trip at the same service address. An installation charge of S$53.50 is payable for each connection of a HubStation, HubStation HD or HD Interactive set-top box to a computer.
3. A delivery charge of S$12.84 is payable for the delivery of set-top boxes within a single trip to the same service address without installation. This service does not apply to Remote Controls, Smart Cards, Accessories, Telescopes or DTTV set-top boxes and one-for-one exchange of set-top boxes, which have to be collected by customers from the StarHub Customer Service Centres.

Monthly Rental Charges/Equipment Deposit Fee

1. Monthly rental charges are payable for the following set-top boxes and/or HubStations:

2. Customers who have purchased HubStations and/or HD set-top boxes must pay a monthly additional screen charge of $8.56 for each HubStation or HD set-top box used as an additional outlet.
3. An equipment deposit of S$250.00 is applicable if the customer is not a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Service Activation Fee

1. A service activation fee of S$32.10 is applicable to new customers.

Early Termination Charge

1. An early termination charge of S$64.20 is applicable to customers who terminate their subscription to StarHub CableTV within 3 months from the commencement of their subscription.

Other Terms and Conditions

1. The provision and use of StarHub CableTV services is subject to StarHub’s General Terms and Conditions for Info-Communication Services, Service Specific Terms & Conditions for StarHub CableTV, HubStation and such other terms and conditions as may be applicable (the “StarHub Terms”). The StarHub Terms are available at www.starhub.com.
2. Other terms and conditions, whether in addition to or in lieu of the StarHub Terms , shall apply to such promotions as StarHub may offer from time to time.
3. StarHub shall determine the persons who are eligible for the price plans above and such promotions as StarHub may offer from time to time, at its absolute discretion.
4. StarHub reserves the right to revise the StarHub Terms (including price plans and charges) at its sole discretion without prior notice. Customers’ sign-up for the StarHub CableTV Services and continued reception or use of the StarHub CableTV services shall constitute acceptance of the StarHub Terms (including revisions thereof).
