General Terms and Conditions

1. Channels in the Complimentary tier are provided free to StarHub CableTV residential customers who have subscribed to a minimum of 3 Basic Groups. HD5 (Ch 155) is only available via HubStation HD and HD Interactive set-top box.
2. Catch Up TV is available to HubStation HD, HubStation and HD Interactive set-top box subscribers on the following channels – BBC Knowledge, BBC Lifestyle, CTI TV, E City (for Chinese Entertainment Basic Group subscribers only), Sensasi, TVBS Asia, TVBJ and VV Drama. To enjoy Catch Up TV, please tune in to the corresponding channel and press the YELLOW button. To enjoy PGA Tour On Demand and WWE Series On Demand, please press the YELLOW button on Golf Channel (Ch 213) and SuperSports (Ch 202) respectively.
3. HubStation HD, HubStation and HD Interactive set-top box is required to access On Demand Channels (i.e. 8 On Demand, CinemaWorld On Demand, Disney Channel @ Play, EROS Bollywood On Demand, FOX Movies Play, HBO On Demand, iConcerts On Demand, KaraOK!, Ruyi Hokkien Channel On Demand, STAR Chinese Movies On Demand, STAR Chinese Movies 2 On Demand, TVB Cantonese On Demand and VV Drama On Demand)
4. HD set-top boxes (i.e. HubStation HD or HD Interactive set-top box) will be required to view HD channels.
5. Basic HD Upsize subscription is only available to StarHub CableTV residential customers who have a HubStation HD or HD Interactive set-top box. HD channels available as part of Basic HD Upsize subscription are dependent on the corresponding channels in Standard Definition as per your Basic Group/Basic Upsize subscription.
6. SuperSports Plus (Ch 203) is only available when matches are simulcast.
7. Sports HD (Ch 255) is only available during selected sports matches and special telecasts of programmes, to Sports Group subscribers with HubStation HD or HD Interactive set-top boxes.
8. Subscription to HBO is required in order sign up to The HBO PAK. Existing HBO customers can upgrade to The HBO PAK for an additional $4.28 per month.
9. Subscription to Kids Basic Group is required for the subscription of Disney Channel @ Play.
10. Fashion TV: Some programmes may not be suitable for children. Viewer's discretion is advised.
11. To subscribe to Horse Racing Channel 88 (Ch 288), you must have an existing Tele-bet account with Singapore Turf Club. For more details, please call Singapore Turf Club at 6879 1388 from Mondays to Fridays (from 8am to 5pm) and weekend (from 10.30am to the last race of the day). Channel 289 will be available when there is simulcast of races.
12. Customers may upgrade channel(s) at anytime. Downgrade of channel(s) will take effect from your next billing cycle after we receive your notice to downgrade provided you have been subscribed to the channel continuously for at least one month immediately preceding the downgrade. An administrative charge of $10.70 (inclusive of 7% GST) may be levied each time you make a change to your channel combination.

Other Terms and Conditions

1. The provision and use of StarHub CableTV services is subject to StarHub's General Terms and Conditions for Info-Communication Services, Service Specific Terms & Conditions for StarHub CableTV, HubStation and such other terms and conditions as may be applicable (the “StarHub Terms”). The StarHub Terms are available at www.starhub.com.
2. Other terms and conditions, whether in addition to or in lieu of the StarHub Terms, shall apply to such promotions as StarHub may offer from time to time.
3. StarHub shall determine the persons who are eligible for the price plans above and such promotions as StarHub may offer from time to time, at its absolute discretion.
4. StarHub reserves the right to revise the StarHub Terms (including price plans and charges) at its sole discretion without prior notice. Customers’ sign-up for the StarHub Cable TV Services and continued reception or use of the StarHub CableTV services shall constitute acceptance of the StarHub Terms (including revisions thereof).
