- Who is/are eligible to enjoy IDD 018 Hubber rates?
IDD 018 Hubber rates are promotional rates on IDD 018 calls, exclusively for:
- StarHub Mobile Postpaid (including PowerValue Plans) customers and
- StarHub IDD-registered Singtel Mobile and/or M1 Mobile lines customers (with at least StarHub TV and/or MaxOnline service). - Who is/are eligible to enjoy Special IDD 018 rates?
The Special IDD 018 rates are applicable to:
- Digital Voice customers and
- StarHub TV and/or MaxOnline and/or Mobile Postpaid customers who register their SingTel residential fixed line(s)
- How do I enjoy Hubber Rates and/or Special IDD 018 rates?
Customers shall enjoy the rates by dialing:

You may refer to the relevant webpage to note the promotion period. However the rates are subject to changes from time to time. - What is the difference between the two promotions, Special IDD 018 rates and Hubber rates?
Special IDD 018 rates are applicable to calls made from:- Digital Voice;
- StarHub IDD-registered SingTel Residential fixed line registered under existing StarHub Mobile Postpaid and/or StarHub TV and/or MaxOnline service(s) account.
Hubber Rates is applicable to IDD 018 calls made from:- StarHub Mobile Postpaid (including PowerValue Plans);
- StarHub-IDD registered SingTel mobile and/or M1 mobile phone lines registered under an existing StarHub TV and/or MaxOnline service(s) account;
- If I am an existing StarHub Mobile Postpaid, StarHub TV or MaxOnline customer, am I entitled to the Hubber rates and/or Special IDD 018 rates automatically?
HUBBER RATES
If you are an existing StarHub Mobile Postpaid customer, yes you are automatically entitled to enjoy Hubber Rates.
If you are an existing StarHub TV and/or MaxOnline customer and had registered your SingTel mobile and/or M1 mobile number(s) with StarHub International Telephone Services, you automatically will enjoy Hubber rates on your IDD 018 calls to the selected destinations as well.
SPECIAL IDD 018 RATES
If you were to register your SingTel Residential Fixed line with StarHub International Telephone Services (with at least one StarHub service i.e. StarHub Mobile Postpaid and/or StarHub TV and/or MaxOnline), you will be able to enjoy Special IDD 018 rates to the selected destinations.
NOTE:
Please note that the IDD 018 Hubber rates and Special IDD 018 rates will only take effect 2 days after StarHub validates the ownership of StarHub Mobile Postpaid, StarHub TV and/or MaxOnline services. Prior to that, you will be charged based on the prevailing IDD 018 rates.
However, if you are StarHub Mobile Postpaid, StarHub TV or MaxOnline customer and have not registered any of your SingTel residential fixed line, SingTel mobile or M1 mobile phone numbers with StarHub International Telephone Services, please call 1800-CALL IDD (1800-2255 433) to register now and enjoy IDD 018 Hubber rates and/or Special IDD 018 rates.
To continue enjoying IDD 018 Hubber rates, you must maintain at least one of these StarHub services (i.e. StarHub TV, Mobile Postpaid or MaxOnline). - I am a StarHub customer with an existing StarHub International Telephone Services account, can I continue to register more numbers to enjoy these rates?
Yes, you can continue to register more residential SingTel fixed line, SingTel Mobile or M1 Mobile lines. However, the number of lines you can register will be dependent on your document and FIN Type (per NRIC/ FIN). - I am an existing StarHub TV and/or MaxOnline customer, and have an existing International Telephone Services account with StarHub, why am I not enjoying the Hubber rates and/or Special IDD 018 rates then?
In order to enjoy Hubber rates and/or Special IDD 018 rates, you must be:
- Residential customer (NRIC/ FIN)
- Both your StarHub Mobile Postpaid and/or StarHub TV/ MaxOnline and International Telephone Services must be registered under the same document type.
- What types of calls are NOT ELIGIBLE to enjoy Hubber rates or Special IDD 018 rates?
IDD 018 calls made from the following are NOT eligible to enjoy this plan:
- StarHub International Calling Card (postpaid calling card) for 018 calls made from Singapore to overseas
- StarHub Mobile customers roaming overseas
- Overseas visitors roaming on StarHub Mobile’s network
- StarHub-registered Business SingTel fixed line, Business SingTel mobile line and Business M1 mobile line.
- StarHub HomeConnect card (prepaid international calling card)
- StarHub PSTN/ISDN
- All payphones regardless of service provider
- Other service providers’ prepaid SIM and prepaid calling cards
- 1635 operator-assist
- Any other call origination types

- How will this Hubber Rate or Special IDD 018 Rate be reflected in my monthly bill?
Your monthly bill will reflect call charges for call duration based on the Hubber or Special IDD 018 Rate per minute for the relevant destination called. (Note: The Hubber rates and Special IDD 018 Rate are not reflected as Savings.) Your bill will also reflect the service number that the IDD call has originated from. It will also list the terminating destination as "destination name" (fixed line) OR "destination mobile" (mobile number).
For StarHub TV and/or MaxOnline customers enjoying Hubber rates, the International Telephone Services call charges made from SingTel mobile or M1 mobile numbers would be reflected in your StarHub's bill, under the section heading "International Call Services - Cable"
For StarHub Mobile Postpaid and/or StarHub TV and/or MaxOnline customers enjoying Special IDD 018 rates, the International Telephone Services call charges made from SingTel fixed line would be reflected in your StarHub's bill, under the section heading "International Call Services - Home line" - Is there any monthly subscription for the Hubber rates / Special IDD 018 rates? Are there any other fees or costs that I would have to pay?
No, there is no subscription fee for the Hubber rates/ Special IDD 018 Rate. Kindly note that if you are making IDD 018 calls from your mobile phone (regardless of service provider), prevailing local mobile airtime charges will apply at all times. - I am a Corporate StarHub TV and/or MaxOnline customer. Am I eligible for the Hubber rates and/or Special IDD 018 Rate?
No. - Will I enjoy the promotion if I wanted to make an 008, 030, 022 and "+" call?
No. - If I own a StarHub Mobile AND a StarHub-registered SingTel Residential Fixed line, which IDD 018 rate will I be charged?
If you make an IDD 018 call from StarHub Mobile Postpaid, you will be enjoying Hubber Rates.
If you make an IDD 018 call from StarHub IDD-registered SingTel residential fixed line, you will enjoy Special IDD 018 Rate. - If I were to terminate all my Cable services (i.e. StarHub TV and/or MaxOnline), when will I cease to enjoy the Hubber rates/ Special IDD 018 rates?
At the point where your request to terminate all the cable services under your account is being processed, you will cease to enjoy the Hubber rates and/or Special IDD 018 Rate.
