- What are the rates for StarHub’s Directory Enquiry service?
With effect from 1 January 2004, StarHub Digital Voice customers will pay 60 cents (exclude GST) for Directory Enquiry service.
- What are the alternative directory enquiry and assistance services available?
There are other existing directory search tools that are easily available on the internet. You can check any listed telephone number, internet Yellow Pages, eGuide Singapore or the Greenbook.
Alternatively, you can refer to the Greenbook (CD ROM) or phonebook which are distributed free-of-charge to all fixed-line subscribers. Mobile customers who subscribe to StarHub’s GPRS service are also able to access fixed line listings through GPRS connectivity if this functionality is supported by their mobile phone.
