These calls will not be eligible as the Hubber rates are applied for StarHub IDD 018 calls to the selected destinations, made from StarHub Digital Voice Home lines and/or StarHub IDD-registered SingTel fixed/mobile lines and/or M1 mobile lines for StarHub Mobile Postpaid and/or StarHub TV and/or MaxOnline customers.

Your monthly bill will reflect the call charges based on the promotional rates. Calls are charged on a per second basis.
This information, together with the list of terminating destinations [shown as “destination name (fixed line)” OR “destination mobile (mobile number)”] will be captured under the service number the IDD call has originated from (i.e. your Digital Voice Home telephone number).
