- When can I commence utilising the Digital Voice Global service after subscribing to it?
We can arrange the installation at your convenience (minimum 5 working days). Our technician would deliver and install the Integrated Access Device (IAD) at your premise. Our installation hours are between 9.00am to 11.00am, 11.00am to 1.00pm, 2.00pm to 4.00pm, 4.00pm to 6.00pm, 6.30pm to 8.30pm from Monday to Saturdays. Installation is not available on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have purchased your typed-approved IAD and intend to do a self-installation, the Digital Voice Global service will be activated in approximately 3-5 working days from the date of application. - Where can I subscribe to StarHub's Digital Voice Global service?

- How is the installation fee charged?
The installation fee for the Integrated access device is charged per installation visit.

Do I have to change the cable modem I have at home?
No. You do not need to change the cable modem you have at to enjoy both the MaxOnline/StarHub TV and Digital Voice Global service. All you need to do is purchase an Integrated access device (IAD) to be connected to your cable modem when you subscribe to your Digital Voice Global service.
You can purchase an IAD from any StarHub Shop. - What are the prices of the Integrated access device (IAD)?
You can purchase a Linksys SPA2102-R3 IAD at a promotional price of $89.00 This is applicable with a Digital Voice Global subscription. - Is there a charge if I change my Digital Voice Global telephone number later?
Yes. There is an administration charge of $32.10 PER request to change your Digital Voice Global telephone number.
