1. What do customers enjoy when they sign up for a new Digital Voice Global service?
   All customers will enjoy free unlimited local outgoing calls, free Number Retention till 30 June 2013 and free 3 months Value Pack subscription worth $4.82 monthly.
   
   In addition, they will also enjoy the following benefits:
   
   Waiver of activation fee (worth $10.70) for any Value-Added Services (except Number Retention Service)
   
   Note: An Integrated Access Device (IAD) is required for the Digital Voice Global service.
2. What is the free Number Retention Service promotion about?
   The free Number Retention Service promotion is extended to all customers who sign-up to a new Digital Voice Global line. They will be able to enjoy the free Number Retention Service until 30 June 2013.

1. Can I subscribe to a new MaxOnline, MaxInfinity or StarHub TV Service and Digital Voice Global subscription at the same time and start enjoying both services immediately? Where can I sign up for both services?
   If you require installation for both services, we can arrange for our technician to deliver and install the Integrated Access Device (IAD) at your premises 5 working days after your application, subject to installation charges. You will be able to start using both services immediately.
   
   If you have purchased your typed-approved IAD for use on both services and intend to install the equipment on your own, the Digital Voice Global service will be activated approximately 3-5 working days from the date of application. MaxOnline and/or StarHub TV access will be activated 24hrs after the date of your purchase.
   
   You can sign up for MaxOnline, MaxInfinity, StarHub TV and Digital Voice Global through our sales hotline at 1630 or any StarHub Shop. Please note that StarHub Exclusive Partners and MaxOnline and StarHub TV Preferred Partners do not handle Digital Voice Global applications.
2. Can I also enjoy free Number Retention for my free Digital Voice Home service?
   Yes, you can also enjoy free Number Retention till 30 June 2013.  
3. I am currently a StarHub TV customer. I would like to sign up to MaxOnline or MaxInfinity and Digital Voice Global service and would like to have someone installing the service for me, how much installation fee will I have to pay?
   The installation fee is S$53.50 per hardware The installation fee for the Digital Voice Global service will be waived when:
   
   • The MaxOnline promotion you have signed up to comes with free installation;
   • You are installing the Digital Voice service at the same time as the MaxOnline service;
   • You have selected the free installation Hubber bonus; or
   • The MaxInfinity promotion you have signed up to comes with free installation.
