- Promotion is only open to StarHub TV subscribers who are not currently subscribed to Basic HD Upsize subscription and who have never subscribed to Basic HD Upsize.
- HD channels are dependent on the subscription of the corresponding channels in Standard Definition in your Basic/Basic Upsize group subscription.
- Promotion period is from 12 September to 31 October 2011

- Free Basic HD Upsize discount is limited to $8.56/month for 3 months, normal billing resumes thereafter.
- In the event that the service is suspended, the promotional discount will not be given during the suspension period.
- Promotion is not applicable to Commercial customers, Bulk Tier customers and StarHub employees on StarHub Employee Plan.
- Promotion is not applicable with other in-house promotions, special packages and external offers unless specified by StarHub.
- In the event of a dispute, a customer's entitlement to participate in this promotion is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub.
