Software Upgrades for HD Interactive box
From 10 November 2011, there will be a new software update to the HD Interactive set-top box. All customers with HD Interactive set-top box can update the software version by powering off and on the main power supply to the set-top box.
Some of the key updates are as follow:
- You can now select your TV resolution easily on HD Interactive set-top box
To access:
Press # and adjust the TV resolution based on your preference
- While watching your favourite TV in Standard Definition, you can now access simulcast High Definition channel instantly simply by pressing the RED button on your remote control.

- All program will now come with Parental Rating
To access the groups:
Press INFO on your remote control, and the info bar will be displayed. Select info by pressing the GREEN button and the parental rating will be reflected.
- To ensure controlled access, we have incorporated additional second PIN entry when confirming the purchase of R21 On Demand programme.
- In order for your set-top box to perform at its optimal level, please ensure that your set-top box is updated to the latest software version.
