Firmware and iGuide Version
In order for your set-top box to perform at its optimal level, please ensure that your set-top box is updated to the latest software version.
To update your set-top box to the latest version, please power off and on the main power supply to your set-top box.
To verify if your set-top box has been upgraded to the lasted version, please follow the directions below.
Directions
- Press the MENU button on your remote control
- Select Settings followed by STB info / DVR info
