Visit any of our Customer Service Centres and Exclusive Partners outlets to upgrade and swap your set-top boxes.

Please remember to bring along the following items when you do the swap:

1. The registered customer's original NRIC/FIN/Passport
2. Authorisation letter by registered customer, if the swap is not done by registered customer and the authorisee must be age 18 and above
3. Existing set-top box of registered customer, remote control, smart card, RCA cable and power cable

Terms and Conditions:

1. Set-top box swap is applicable to active residential StarHub CableTV customers who are:
   
   • subscribing to minimum 3 Basic Groups; and
   • do not have outstanding balance due to StarHub.
2. Not applicable to commercial customers and DTTV customers.
3. At point of swap, charges will apply for non-return remote control, smart card, RCA cable and/or power cord.
4. Upon service activation, customers will be billed the monthly fee of $14.98/$8.56/$6.42 for HubStation HD/HubStation/HD Interactive set-top box used as main outlet and $23.54/$17.12/$14.98 for HubStation HD/HubStation/HD Interactive set-top box used as additional outlet.
5. In the event of a dispute, a customer's entitlement to sign up for the promotion is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub. StarHub TV is part of StarHub CableTV services. The use of StarHub TV services is also subject to StarHub's Terms and Conditions for Info-communications Services and Service Specific Terms & Conditions for StarHub CableTV
6. StarHub reserves the right to revise any of these terms and conditions (including pricing plans) at its discretion without prior notice. Subscription to this promotion and continued use of StarHub CableTV services will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions (including revisions thereof).
