Visit any of our Customer Service Centres and Exclusive Partners outlets to upgrade and swap your set-top boxes.
Please remember to bring along the following items when you do the swap:
- The registered customer's original NRIC/FIN/Passport
- Authorisation letter by registered customer, if the swap is not done by registered customer and the authorisee must be age 18 and above
- Existing set-top box of registered customer, remote control, smart card, RCA cable and power cable
