- Will I be able to continue with my MaxOnline service on the rented HubStation after I terminate my StarHub TV subscription?
No, as the HubStation rental box is tied to a StarHub TV subscription, you will have to return the HubStation rental unit once you terminate your StarHub TV subscription. If you wish to continue with your existing MaxOnline Service, you will need to purchase or use your existing cable modem or voice-enabled cable modem.

- I am a HubStation user with MaxOnline subscription service, can I subscribe to MaxOnline Value-added Services such as SafeSurf?
Yes, you can subscribe to any MaxOnline Value-added Services on the HubStation.
- What is the installation charge to set up the PC to the HubStation?
The installation charge for normal PC or notebooks connectivity is $53.50 (w/GST) per computer connection to the HubStation.
- If my MaxOnline service on HubStation is temporary suspended, will my StarHub TV service be affected?
No, your StarHub TV service on HubStation will not be affected when your MaxOnline service gets suspended.
- What is the maximum download and upload speed achievable using the MaxOnline postpaid service on HubStation?
The inbuilt cable modem on the HubStation can achieve download speeds of up to 32Mbps and upload speeds of up to 1Mbps,depending on the selected MaxOnline plans.
- Can I use the MaxOnline service when the HubStation is on standby mode?
Yes, you can use the MaxOnline service when the HubStation is on standby mode.
- Can I surf the internet, watch/record programmes and use Digital Voice all at the same time? Will it affect the Internet speed, TV video and audio quality?
Yes, you can surf the internet, watch and record programmes and use Digital Voice at the same time. It will not affect the internet speed, TV video and audio quality. However, concurrent usage of Digital Voice Home and internet surfing may compromise the sound quality, depending on volume of data traffic.]
- Will the TV video and audio quality be affected when I use MaxOnline, which requires intensive bandwidth like online gaming, at the same time?
Connection to the HubStation does not interfere with StarHub TV viewing. Therefore, users can surf the Net via the HubStation and watch StarHub TV at the same time.
- How do I access the internet with HubStation?
You can connect your PC to the Ethernet port at the rear of the HubStation using a UTP cable. For more details on the connection, please refer to the connection diagrams provided in the HubStation user guide.
- Can I connect a wireless router to the HubStation? Is there a limit to the number of connections I can have after I upgrade to MaxOnline monthly subscription plan?
Yes, you can. As the HubStation has an Ethernet connection you can connect a wired or wireless router to this port. There are no limits to the number of connections to the MaxOnline service access except that the MaxOnline SurfLite plan is not recommended for home networking and multiple connections.
- Will I be entitled to the rewards points for the MaxOnline service subscription on HubStation?
