| Web Over-the-air | Over-the-air SMS like online configurations to handsets will always be sent to the primary handset. |
| SMS Delivery Report requested from the moblie phone | Over-the-air SMS like online configurations to handsets will always be sent to the primary handset. |
| MMS | When a MultiSIM customer uses a non-MMS enabled handset as a primary handset, he/she will not receive any MMS until he/she switches to a MMS enabled handset. |
| International Roaming | This may not be supported as it will be subjected to foreign network restriction. Customers are advised to only travel with their assigned primary handset. |
| Number Retention | “Change of Number” announcement, by Number Retention service will not be available with MultiSIM service. |
| Call Tones Service | This will not be available with MultiSIM service. |
| BlackBerry® Service | MultiSIM customers should use the original SIM card and NOT the MultiSIM card marked with “MS” for any BlackBerry device or handset to enjoy full use of services. |
| Video Call (3G) | Call Hunting feature will not be available if the incoming call is an incoming Video Call. |
| Mobile Fax Service | MultiSIM customers should use the original SIM card and NOT the MultiSIM card marked with “MS” to enjoy full use of services. |
| Fun Downloads | 1. Fun Downloads purchased via online will only be sent to primary handset (only applicable for Gee! customers). 2. Fun Downloads purchased via handset using GPRS (i.e. via Gee!) will be downloaded directly to the handset that made the purchase. |
| Local Missed Call Alerts | Alerts will be sent to the primary handset if customer does not have VoiceMail service. |
| Value-Added Service | MultiSIM is only available as a Value-Added Service on top of a voice plan; not available as for DataPack subscribers. |
