OCBC Top-up Lucky Draw
- This lucky draw is only applicable to customers who top-up the main balance of their $15 GREEN Prepaid SIM card and/or $12 MaxMobile Prepaid SIM card with a minimum of $20 via OCBC ATM , OCBC Internet Banking or OCBC Mobile Banking between 1 October 2011 and 31 December 2011 (both dates inclusive).
- StarHub staff and their family members, as well as affiliated agencies and advertising vendors of StarHub, will not be eligible to participate in this lucky draw.
- StarHub Prepaid customers who make a cumulative top-up of $20 over several transactions will not be eligible for the lucky draw. The minimum amount of $20 must be conducted within the same transaction.
- Each eligible customer will be entitled to one (1) chance in the lucky draw. Under this lucky draw:
- One (1) winner will be entitled to win the top prize of $500 worth of NTUC voucher;
- Five (5) weekly winners will be entitled to $80 worth of credits which will be credited into the main balance of the winning Prepaid SIM card,
(collectively, the “Prizes”).
- The lucky draw will be conducted on 15 January 2012.
- Winners will be informed via phone call or SMS notification through the winning Prepaid SIM mobile number. Winners will also be notified of the details of prize collection through the winning Prepaid SIM mobile number. In the event the Winner does not pick up the call or reply to the SMS notification after three (3) tries from StarHub, the Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the Prize
- For collection of the top Prize, each winner must produce his/her original NRIC/FIN/Passport for verification. Any person (the “authorisee”) collecting on behalf of winner must produce (i) a letter by the winner authorizing the authorisee to do so; (ii) a copy of the winner’s NRIC/FIN and (iii) the authorisee’s original NRIC/FIN, for verification.
- The Prizes will only be awarded to the registered owner of the Prepaid SIM card.
- The Prizes shall be subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the relevant merchant(s) and/or supplier(s). Winners agree to be bound by such terms and conditions.
- The redemption of the Prize(s) shall constitute a purchase of goods or services by the person redeeming the Prize(s) from the merchant supplying the redeemed goods or services, and StarHub assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or defaults of the merchant or for any non-delivery, non-performance or defects in the redeemed goods or services. StarHub is not an agent of the merchant. Any dispute about the quality or performance must be resolved directly with the merchant. The use of the redeemed goods or services is subject to such other terms and conditions which may be imposed by the merchant supplying the goods or services.
- In the event of a dispute, a customer's entitlement to participate in the lucky draw and any winner’s entitlement to the Prizes shall be subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub. StarHub’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
- StarHub reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Participation in this lucky draw shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and the amendment thereof.
