- MaxMobile Value Prepaid is applicable to all GREEN Prepaid customers except MaxMobile Prepaid Card.
- All charges of MaxMobile Value Prepaid will be deducted directly from the customer’s GREEN Prepaid main balance.
- No warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, is made in relation to the availability, satisfactory quality and reliability of the service.
- StarHub will not be liable for any interruption, disruption to or deterioration in the quality, reliability or accuracy of the service or any technical issue that may arise by reason of the User’s use or inability to use the service supplied by StarHub.
- Customers are advised to back-up all important files on their handsets. StarHub will not be responsible for any accidental corruption or deletion of files.
- All prices quoted are inclusive of GST. The rates quoted are valid until such date and time as StarHub may determine.
- The service is also subject to StarHub’s General Terms & Conditions at www.starhub.com.
- StarHub reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions (including pricing) at its absolute discretion and without notice. Use of the Service will constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the amendments thereof.
