Data Roam Plans
- StarHub Mobile postpaid customers can subscribe to Data Roam Monthly 10MB, 20MB, 40MB or100MB as a value-added service ("VAS").
- Pre-requisite for subscription to Data Roam Monthly package
- MaxMobile/BlackBerry data pack plan, or SmartSurf mobile plan, or any other mobile plan with a MaxMobile/BlackBerry data VAS
- International Roaming service
- Excess data usages are charge at prevailing roaming rates.
- Customer can only have one DataRoam Plan at any one time.
- DataRoam subscribers using Roam Manager will not be able to track data usage cost in Conexus Mobile Alliance Operators.
- Monthly Subscription and Data Bundle is non-prorated upon activation and de-activation of Monthly DataRoam Plans. For e.g. Customer activates DataRoam 10MB Plan on 12 June 2011 and next bill cycle is 14 June 2011. He will be charged $30 Monthly Subscription and given 10MB Data Bundle for use from 12 to 13 June 2011. On 14 June 2011, he will be charged $30 Monthly Subscription and given 10MB Data Bundle for use from 14 June to 13 July. If he deactivates DataRoam 10MB Plan on 16 June or anytime before the next billing cycle, there will be no refund for the $30 Monthly Subscription.
- Unused Data Bundle for the Monthly DataRoam Plans cannot be rolled over to the next billing cycle.
