SMS Crime Alerts service is applicable to both StarHub Mobile postpaid and prepaid customers.
- How can I sign up for the service?
To sign up for this service, simply SMS “SPF” to 74581. You will be automatically registered for the -service.
- Will there be any charges for signing up to the service?
No, there will be no charges for signing up to the service.
- Are the alerts accurate?
The alerts are direct from the Singapore Police Force. StarHub does not modify nor edit any of the information before broadcasting the alerts.
- I do not want to receive these alerts anymore, how can I un-register for the service?
To un-register for the service, simply SMS “SPF<space>STOP” to 74581. You will be automatically removed from the service.
