Mobile Service - Caller Number Display
- What is Caller Number Display?
Caller Number Display allows you to know who is calling you even before you answer the call.
- I am in Singapore, but I cannot see some of the incoming calls' phone numbers. Why is this so?
If your callers have opted to keep their phone numbers confidential and have subscribed to Caller Number Non-Display, their phone numbers will not be displayed on your phone.
Caller Number Display will not work for most calls from overseas.
Most public phones also have Call Number Non-Display.
- Will my mobile phone show the caller's number if the call is being diverted because of non-reply?
Yes, if you have the Caller Number Display service, you can view the caller's phone number.
- When I am on the line with Party A and Party B calls, will I be able to see Party B's number?
Yes, you will see Party B's number on your mobile phone screen so you can choose to accept or reject the call.
- If I call Party B who happens to divert his/her calls to Party C who may further divert to other party/parties, what number would appear on the terminating party's mobile phone?
Your number will be displayed. This means that the terminating party will know where the call originated.
