Yes, only StarHub Mobile postpaid customers are able to enjoy this service.

What other features can be used via the SMS Top-up service?
You can use the SMS Top-up service for the following features:
- purchase game credits from the respective Game Service Provider (eg. IAH games, etc.)
- purchase or activate cash related items or features within the game
- purchase special discounted offers
- check last 3 purchased transactions
- request for last 3 purchased game codes
It is a convenient method for players to top up their game time or game credits via their SH mobile phones anytime and anywhere.

Do I need to subscribe to this service in order to do SMS Top-up for games?
No, all postpaid customers will be able to use this SMS Top-up service. -
If I want to turn off or unsubscribe this SMS Top-up service, is it possible?
You can turn off this service by unsubscribing it via SMS. Once unsubscribed, customer will not be able to use this service for any top-up of online games.
To turn off please send "Unsub" or "unsub" to 6788, thereafter, you will receive a confirmation SMS if you have successfully unsubscribed from this service.
If you wish to turn on again, you will have to call in to 1633 and the activation of this service will take 3 working days.
(N.B. 1633 service officer to send request to product managers for approval.) -
Are there any charges for using this SMS Top-up service?
Normal SMS charges applies in addition to the game credits that you have purchased. Users will only be charged when you receive an SMS confirmation with the game code and password.
Example:
"Thank U. Your serial no. for DGN GVC $10 is 695668. Security Code is 029900016655867 . Pls activate Ur code @ http://www.IAHGames.com (code expires in 30 days from now)"
The charges will be reflected in your next StarHub bill. -
Can I cancel a transaction after I have purchased?
Game credit/s delivered to the customer is/are considered purchase and utilized hence cancellation is not possible. -
Can I purchase multiple codes in 1 request?
No, customers can only purchase 1 code per request. -
Is there a limit to the number of codes that customer can purchase per month?
Yes, the credit limit for each postpaid user is $120 per calendar month. If the user exceeds the credit limit within the month, s/he will not be able to purchase any more credits for any game within that particular month. S/he will only be able to purchase credits in the following month. -
What happens if I accidentally delete the SMS with the code?
Customers can request for the code again at the respective game menu.Simply SMS "Topup" or "Tu" to games publisher's short code e.g. 67881 for IAH games, and then select option 5 for "Resend Last Game Codes".
Customers will receive last 3 game codes that have purchased, regardless if the game codes have been activated before or not.
Should you wish to receive the game codes other than the last 3, you will need to call into 1633 for help. It will take 3 working days for the codes to be resent to you.

How do I activate the pin on the website?
