In most instances, customers should enjoy savings on their outgoing calls back to Singapore phone numbers (exclude calls made from India, Malaysia, Taiwan and Vietnam) or to other countries phone number with GlobalRoam as compared to making an outgoing call using the “+” prefix. Please check the latest rates for making an outgoing call using both options prior to your departure.

- No savings when making GlobalRoam calls from India, Malaysia, Taiwan or Vietnam to Singapore phone numbers. You should use “+” prefix instead.
- No savings for making GlobalRoam calls to local phone numbers. Example, calling Hong Kong phone number while in Hong Kong. You should use “+” prefix instead.
- If you wish to use GlobalRoam to call another country’s phone number (exclude Singapore), please check at www.starhub.com/roaming to ensure there is savings on GlobalRoam call against “+” prefix rates.
