Conexus Network (NW) Selection Application
- Can I use this application on all phones?
No, this application is only for Android phones. - My Conexus NW Selection App has "Out of Service" display. Does it mean I cannot use my phone for roaming voice call, SMS and data roaming?
Conexus NW Selection App requires data roaming to work, so it will display the "Out of Service" when “Data Roaming” service is switched off. Please note that when you turn on the “Data Roaming” service, data roaming charges will apply.
When the application is showing "Out of Service", you can still make or receive roaming call or SMS. - Why did my Conexus NW Selection App changed to "Out of Service" when my phone switched to another network?
Depending on the Android handset models, it may take up to 1 minute or so for the application to analyse the information when the phone switches to another network. So during this period, it will display the "Out of Service" message.
