Recontract Policy

  1. Why do customers have to pay a fee for Early Handset Upgrade*?
    Under the 12 months Early Handset Upgrade Policy, customers who are in the mist of serving their 24 months contracts have the flexibility to upgrade their mobile handsets after completing the first 12 months. The prevailing Early Handset Upgrade Fee for non – iPhone contracted customers is at $200 and for iPhone contracted customers is $300 or otherwise stated.

    Note: Early Handset Upgrade does not apply to other contract durations.
  2. Why can't I recontract within first year of my contract? My phone is not working well/there are many new models in the market which I like.
    Within the first year of your contract, your phone enjoys warranty services provided by mobile phone manufacturers. Should you wish to purchase a new mobile phone, you may purchase it from us at RRP (recommended retail price).
