- When will the current Free Incoming Calls promotion by StarHub end?
The current Free Incoming Calls promotion by StarHub has been extended to 31 December 2009.

Yes, you will be entitled to the Free Incoming Calls promotion. This promotion is for both current and new subscribers.
- Is the Free Incoming Calls Promotion applicable to all StarHub's Plans?
The Free Incoming Calls promotion is applicable to all 2G and 3G postpaid plans (except PowerChat 100 & PowerChat 300 ): PowerValue 80, PowerValue 100, PowerValue 100 Student, PowerValue 300, PowerValue 700, PowerCall, PowerPlay II, PowerConnect, PowerTalk II and PowerTalk Ultimate plans only.
Note:
Free Incoming Calls on PowerChat plans is only applicable during 7am – 7pm or 7pm – 7am, depending on the PowerChat plan selected [i.e. PowerChat 100 / 300 (Day) or PowerChat 100 / 300 (Night)]
- Are Free Incoming Calls applicable for Green Prepaid Mobile Service?
Yes, on-demand Free Incoming Calls feature is open to all StarHub Mobile GREEN Prepaid customers. A fee of 59¢ will apply for each activation (including re-activation) of on-demand Free Incoming Calls feature. A daily deduction of 59¢ will apply upon activation of On-demand Free Incoming Calls feature.
Note:
A minimum of $1 after the necessary deduction is required to activate FREE Incoming Calls and also to keep the on-demand FREE Incoming Calls status active. And On-demand Free Incoming Calls feature is only applicable to calls received in Singapore.
- Will I be able to enjoy Free Incoming Calls when I am overseas?
No, the Free Incoming Calls service is only applicable to calls received in Singapore.
