Free Incoming Calls on PowerChat plans is only applicable during 7am – 7pm or 7pm – 7am, depending on the PowerChat plan selected [i.e. PowerChat 100 / 300 (Day) or PowerChat 100 / 300 (Night)]. - Are Free Incoming Calls applicable for Green Prepaid Mobile Service?
Yes, the on-demand Free Incoming Calls feature is open to all StarHub Mobile GREEN Prepaid customers. A fee of 59¢ will apply for each activation (or re-activation) of the on-demand Free Incoming Calls feature. A daily deduction of 59¢ will apply upon activation of the on-demand Free Incoming Calls feature.
Note:
A minimum of $1 credit in the StarHub Mobile GREEN Prepaid card is required to activate the on-demand Free Incoming Calls feature and also to keep this feature active. Also, the on-demand Free Incoming Calls feature is only applicable to calls received in Singapore. - Will I be able to enjoy Free Incoming Calls when I am overseas?
