- What is Happy Stars Top-up card about?
Happy Stars Top-up card is another StarHub Top-up card that you can use to top-up your GREEN Prepaid service. With a top-up made using a Happy Stars Top-up card (with face value denominated at $17), you will enjoy:- Free Incoming Call service
- PROMOTION 100MB∞ (previously 50MB) mobile data access
- 120 minutes of local outgoing call*
- 500 local SMS
These Happy Stars entitlements will expire 30 days from the date of top-up.
Note: There will be no credits given with this top-up.
* Including selected Local Call Prefixes (0XX/13XX/All 16XX/18XX) and local call charge for Service 100

- Can I use this Happy Stars Top-up card on any existing GREEN Prepaid service?
Yes. You can use Happy Stars Top-up card to top-up any of your existing active GREEN Prepaid SIM to enjoy the entitlements that come with this top-up. - Can I make an IDD call or send a Global SMS with Happy Stars top-up?
No. Happy Stars top-up is not applicable for IDD calls, 15XX calls and Global SMS usage. These charges will be deducted from the main wallet balance. - Will my main card expiry be extended as well when I top-up using a Happy Stars Top-up card?
Yes. Your main card expiry will also be extended by another 6 months (3 months for the Preferred Tourist Prepaid Card) when you top-up using a Happy Stars Top-up card. - How can I check my existing Happy Stars benefits and expiry date?
To check your existing Happy Stars balances and expiry date, just key *120#, followed by the call connect button on your phone. - Currently I have Happy$128 balances and Happy Stars balances, how will my usage be deducted?
For any local SMS or local calls made, the deduction will be made in the following order(where applicable): 1) Hourglass Local SMS 2) Happy Stars Local SMS/ Airtime 3) Any existing Free bundled SMS 4) Happy$128 Local Balance 5) Main card balance. - Is there a cap to the entitlements that I can enjoy with Happy Stars Top-Up?
Yes. You can enjoy a maximum of the following entitlements on your Happy Stars prepaid balance:- 200MB local mobile data
- 240 minutes of local outgoing calls
- 1000 local SMS
- How does the cap work, will I still be able to do Happy Stars top-up?
In the event that one of the benefits balances has reached the maximum cap, the rest of the balances will still be topped up and the expiry date to Happy Stars balances will be extended by another 30 days from the date of top-up.
In the event that all benefits balances has reached the maximum cap, the Happy Stars top-up will still be successful and the free incoming call service and expiry date for the Happy Stars balances will be extended by another 30 days from the date of top-up. - Will I be eligible for Free Bundled SMS and credits with Happy Stars Top-Up?
No. Free Bundled SMS and Credits are not applicable with Happy Stars top-up. - Am I still entitled to “Free 10 local SMS with 5 local SMS sent daily” promotion?
Yes. The "Free 10 local SMS with 5 local SMS sent daily" promotion is still valid with Happy Stars top-up. - What will happen to my Happy Stars balances if I do not top-up via Happy Stars within 30 days?
The validity of the Happy Stars balances is 30 days. If there is no top-up via Happy Stars within 30 days, the Happy Stars balances will expire and all subsequent charges will be deducted from the card’s main balance and/or Happy$128 balances (if applicable) instead. - Can I rollover my unused Happy Stars balances?
Yes. You can rollover any unused Happy Stars balances if top-up via Happy Stars top-up within 30 days. However, the Happy Stars balance is subject to the maximum cap of 100MB local mobile data, 240 minutes of local outgoing calls and 1000 local SMS. - Why am I still able to do Happy Stars top-up when I have already reached the maximum cap for some or all of my entitlements?
This is to allow our customers to extend their Happy Stars entitlements beyond 30 days. When you have reached the maximum cap, by doing a Happy Stars Top-up, your free incoming call service and expiry date for the Happy Stars balances will be extended by another 30 days from the date of top-up. The main card expiry date will also be extended by another 6 months (3 months for the Preferred Tourist Prepaid SIM). - Where can I purchase the Happy Stars Top-up card?
You can purchase the Happy Stars Top-up card at any of our StarHub Shops, StarHub Exclusive Partners, selected 7-Eleven stores, Cheers Convenience Stores and SingPost, AXS / iNets / SAM / DBS/POSB ATMs / OCBC ATMs and Internet top-up using credit card. - How do I top-up with the Happy Stars Top-up card?
You can perform a self top-up by calling our Prepaid hotline at 9850 0000. Please refer to instructions at the back of your Happy Stars top-up card. - I am a Happy Stars user, and I have activated the free incoming call service by keying in *133*1#. Will I be charged for the activation fee of $0.59 and daily subscription fee of $0.59?
No. As you are a Happy Stars user, you will be able to enjoy our free incoming call service absolutely free of charge.
During your Happy Stars validity period, you will not be charged the activation fee & daily subscription fee. - If there are no credits in my main card balance, will I still be able to utilise the entitlements from Happy Stars top-up?
Yes, you are still able to utilise the entitlements from Happy Stars top up. However, do note that once the entitlements have been fully utilised, you will not be able to make use your Prepaid SIM card unless a top-up is made.
