- What is Happy $128 Top-up card about?
Happy $128 Top-up card is another alternative StarHub Top-up card that you can use to top up your GREEN Prepaid service. With a top-up made using a Happy $128 Top-up card (with face value denominated at $28), you will enjoy: [1] $100 worth of Local Services balance for local SMS and local calls (Excluding calls to 1800/1900/100/LDD/15xx) [2] $28 worth of International Services balance for Global SMS and IDD calls. (NOTE: Inclusive of local airtime charges of an IDD call). These Happy $128 bonus values will expire 50 days from the date of that top-up.
- Can I use this Happy $128 Top-up card on any existing GREEN Prepaid service?
Yes. You can use Happy $128 Top-up card to top up any of your existing active GREEN Prepaid SIM to enjoy the $128 worth of bundled value.
- Where will the $128 bundled value be credited if I top up using a Happy $128 Top-up card?
When you do a Happy $128 Top-up, you will receive the $128 worth of bundled value in 2 bonus accounts (Note: You wll not receive these bonus values in your card's main balance) The $100 bonus value for your local calls and SMS will be credited into a 'Local Services balance', while the $28 bonus value for the deduction of charges for your IDD calls and Global SMS will be credited into a 'International Services' balance.
- I have accumulated some FREE Bundled SMS and Bonus Airtime balances. Will I still be able to use these FREE SMS or airtime? If so, how will it be deducted?
Yes. If you have accumulated FREE Bundled SMS or Bonus Airtime balances from your previous top-ups made, you can still utilise these free balances. Your local SMS and local calls will be deducted from these free balances. When these free balances have been fully utilised, the relevant charges for your local calls and SMS will subsequently be deducted from your Happy $128 Local Services balance.
- What will happen if I were to use up any of the Happy $128 bonus balances?
Once you have used up any of your Happy $128 bonus balances, all subsequent charges for your local/IDD calls and local/Global SMS will be deducted from your card's main balance. If you wish to continue to enjoy these Happy $128 bonus balances, you can do a top up on your GREEN Prepaid service using another Happy $128 Top-up card.
- Is there any way for me to extend the expiry date of the Happy $128 bonus balances?
Yes. Simply do a top up again using another Happy $128 Top-up card and you will be able to roll over the expiry of your existing Happy $128 bonus balances by another 50 days.
- Will my card expiry be extended as well when I do a top up using a Happy $128 Top-up card?
Yes. Your card expiry will also be extended by another 6 months when you do a top up using a Happy $128 Top-up card.
- Will I be able to enjoy FREE Bundled SMS and Credit with a top-up made using a Happy $128 Top-up card?
No. FREE Bundled SMS and FREE Credit will not be applicable for top up made using a Happy $128 Top-up card.
- Will the top-up made using a Happy $128 Top-up card be eligible for Bonus Airtime?
Yes. For a top-up made using a Happy $128 Top-up card, $28 will be added to the cumulated balance for the entitlement of Bonus Airtime.
- What will happen if I do not do another Happy $128 top-up within the 50 days?
All existing Happy $128 bonus balances will expire and be forfeited. Relevant charges for your local/IDD calls and local/Global SMS will subsequently be deducted from your card's main balance. Hence, please ensure that you do another Happy $128 Top-up within the 50 days if you wish to continue to enjoy these Happy $128 bonus values.
- Will I still be able to enjoy your 'FREE 10 local/Global SMS with 5 Sent Daily" after I do a top up using a Happy $128 Top-up card?
Yes. In such cases, the first 5 local SMS within the day will be deducted from your 'Happy $128' Local Services balance (or FREE Bundled SMS balance as priority if you have existing FREE Bundled SMS balance). The next 10 local SMS that you send out thereafter within that day will not be chargeable. If you are sending out Global SMS instead, the first 5 Global SMS will be deducted from your 'Happy $128' International Services balance. After sending out 5 Global SMS within the same day, you will be able to enjoy sending out the next 10 Global SMS for free (Note: only valid for the day).
- Will I be able to continue to enjoy your FREE IDD 018 promotion?
Yes. You will still be able to enjoy $0 IDD charge for your IDD 018 calls to India, Bangladesh, Brunei, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Puerto Rico, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and USA. Please do note that local airtime charge for the duration of your IDD 018 calls to any of these destinations will still be chargeable and will be deducted from your International Services balance (Note: not Local Services balance).
- Can I still activate the on-demand FREE Incoming Calls even after I do a top up using a Happy $128 Top-up card?
Yes, but please kindly note that the activation (or reactivation) fee and daily deduction will be deducted from your card's main balance instead. (Note: Not your 'Happy $128' Local Services balance). After you have activated the on-demand FREE Incoming Calls, the incoming calls that you will receive locally (i.e in Singapore) will not be chargeable and will not be deducted from your 'Happy $128' Local Services balance.
- How can I check my existing Happy $128 balances and expiry date?
To check your existing Happy $128 balances and expiry date, just key *113#, followed by the call connect button on your phone. Alternative, you can call our StarHub Prepaid Mobile service toll-free number 9850 0000 and select option "1" for Balance Inquiries.
- What are the types of calls which will not be deducted from the respective Happy $128 balances?
The following types of calls will NOT be deducted the various Happy $128 balances: [Local Services balance] 1800/1900/100/LDD/15xx. (Note: Local call charges for use of 1884, the access number for HomeConnect International Calling Card, can be deducted from the 'Happy $128' Local Services balance) [International Services balance] All roaming calls.
- What are the other services which will continue to be deducted from my card's main balance after I have done a Happy $128 Top-up on my GREEN Prepaid services?
After a Happy $128 Top-up done on your GREEN Prepaid service, related charges for your local calls/SMS and IDD calls/Global SMS will be deducted from your 'Happy $128' Local Services and International Services balance respectively. Usage charges for other services will continue to be deducted from your card's main balance and this may include the charges relating to the use of the following services: roaming, downloads, GPRS, MMS, activation and daily charges for on-demand FREE Incoming Calls, StarHub Menu, Gee! Info Updates, Service 100 Directory Enquiry service etc.
- Can I top-up $28 (Happy$128 Top-up card value) via Internet?
Yes, you can choose to top-up the equivalent value of Happy$128 top-up card via Internet using your Credit Card.
