4. Are there other ways to top-up my StarHub Prepaid SIM Card?
   Besides purchasing the physical top-up cards, customers may top-up via any of the following means:
   • Internet top-up via Credit/Debit cards or Internet Banking at https://greenprepaid.starhub.com/main.jsp.
   • Electronic top-up at DBS/POSB ATMs, OCBC ATMs,  AXS and SAMs.
   • GREEN Hubber Top-up by StarHub postpaid customers.
   • Happy EZ top-up at selected authorised retailers.
     
     
5. What is the validity period for StarHub Prepaid SIM cards?
   All StarHub Prepaid SIM cards have a validity period of 6 months (3 months for the Preferred Tourist Prepaid SIM)from the date of activation. Customers will need to top-up the SIM before the expiry date to extend the card validity period.
   
   Otherwise, the SIM card and the remaining balances will be forfeited and no refund request will be entertained under any circumstances.
   
   
6. What top-up denominations will extend the validity period of the Prepaid SIM card?
   Any, any top-up denomination will extend the Prepaid SIM card validity period by another 3 or 6 months (depending on the prepaid SIM) from the date of top-up.
   
   
7. Is there a maximum top-up amount for my Prepaid SIM card?
   Yes, to protect the interest of our customers, the maximum amount today on Prepaid SIM card's main balance is $999.99. If the current balance plus the intended top-up value exceeds $999.99, customers will not be able to perform any top-up.
8. I tried to use my Green Prepaid SIM card on a handset I purchased and there is an error message “SIM Card Error" displayed. What does this mean?
   All Green Prepaid SIM cards should be able to work on any handsets sold in Singapore. The error message could mean that your handset is SIM-locked and only certain SIMs from the mobile operator you have purchased from can be used on the handset. For further details, please check with the mobile operator or shop from which the handset was purchased.
