The 3G GREEN Prepaid SIM was launched in end June 2009. If your prepaid SIM card was purchased before that, you would be holding a 2G SIM card.

Sorry, there is no upgrading of SIM available. If you would like to purchase a 3G Prepaid SIM, you will need to purchase it from StarHub Shops and the normal registration process will be conducted and a new prepaid mobile number will be issued to you.
