Services available at our Customer Service Centres

To help us serve you better at our Customer Service Centres, please ensure that the essential documents are available upon requests before the transactions can be successfully provided:
Type of Service: Replacement of SIM card
Singaporeans Singaporeans are required to present:
  • NRIC of subscriber
Foreigners Foreigners are required to present either documents:
  • Passport
  • Employment Pass / Work Permit / Social or Dependent Pass
Business-registered accounts Business-registered accounts owners need to present the following documents:
  • A copy of ROC / Business Profile
  • Authorization letter on company letterhead
  • NRIC of authorized person
  • Company rubberstamp
Important Note
  • If subscriber is not present, authorized person must bring along both NRIC and letter of authorization signed by the subscriber.
  • All outstanding amounts must be cleared.
Type of Service: Termination of StarHub TV
Singaporeans Singaporeans are required to present:
  • NRIC of subscriber
Foreigners Foreigners are required to present either documents:
  • Passport
  • Employment Pass / Work Permit / Social or Dependent Pass
Business-registered accounts Business-registered accounts owners need to present the following documents:
  • A copy of ROC / Business Profile
  • Authorization letter on company letterhead
  • NRIC of authorized person
  • Company rubberstamp
Note: Business Profile must be less than 3 months old
Equipment to bring along for termination
  • Analogue Box – Box, Power cord and Remote control or
  • Digital Box – Box, Power cord, Smart card, Remote control and RCA Cable or
  • HD Box – Box, Power cord, Remote control, Component cable, Smart card and RCA Cable or
  • HubStation – Box, Power cord, Smart card, Remote control and RCA Cable
Important Note
  • If subscriber is not present, authorized person must bring along both NRIC and letter of authorization signed by the subscriber.

Type of Service: Transfer of ownership – for Mobile subscribers
Singaporeans Singaporeans are required to present:
  • NRIC of subscriber
Foreigners Foreigners are required to present either documents:
  • Passport
  • Employment Pass / Work Permit / Social or Dependent Pass
  • Proof of Billing Address
Business-registered accounts Business-registered accounts owners need to present the following documents:
  • A copy of ROC / Business Profile
  • Authorization letter on company letterhead
  • NRIC of authorized person
  • Company rubberstamp
Note: Business Profile must be less than 3 months old
Important Note
  • Both transferer and transferee must be present.
  • Transferee must be at least 18 years of age.
  • If subscriber is not present, authorized person must bring along both NRIC and letter of authorization signed by the subscriber.
  • Transferee of ownership must be present for the transfer to take place.
  • A deposit in the range of $200 - $800 is applicable upon application of each service for Student Pass and Work Permit holders.
  • A deposit of $200 is applicable upon application of each service for S Pass.
  • Minimum 6 months validity for Employment Pass / Work Permit / Social or Dependent Pass holder and Proof of Billing Address.
  • All outstanding amounts must be cleared.
Type of Service: Reactivation of terminated mobile line (< less than 3 months)
Singaporeans Singaporeans are required to present:
  • NRIC of subscriber
Foreigners Foreigners are required to present either documents:
  • Passport
  • Employment Pass / Work Permit / Social or Dependent Pass
  • Proof of Billing Address
Business-registered accounts Business-registered accounts owners need to present the following documents:
  • A copy of ROC / Business Profile
  • Authorization letter on company letterhead
  • NRIC of authorized person
  • Company rubberstamp

Business-registered accounts Business-registered accounts owners need to present the following documents:
  • A copy of ROC / Business Profile
  • Authorization letter on company letterhead
  • NRIC of authorized person
  • Company rubberstamp

Important Note
  • If subscriber is not present, authorized person must bring along both NRIC and letter of authorization signed by the subscriber.
  • If the SingTel or M1 line is registered under another person, he/she must be present together with his/her NRIC.
  • All outstanding amounts from the other telco accounts must be cleared and the mobile line must not hold any existing contract.
