Frequently Called Countries For Residential Customers
- The following residential subscribers may apply for FCC: StarHub Mobile
subscribers/ StarHub telephone (PSTN/ISDN) subscribers/ StarHub registered
SingTel telephone (fixed line) subscribers/ StarHub registered SingTel Mobile
subscribers/ StarHub registered M1 Mobile subscribers / registered StarHub
International Calling Card subscribers.
- FCC offers 8% discount on StarHub IDD 008 calls from Singapore for up to 8
nominated overseas countries, at all times of the day, 7 days a week. StarHub
will advise each subscriber as to the number of countries that can be nominated
under FCC subject to a maximum of 8 countries. For registered StarHub
International Calling Card subscribers, the 8% discount also applies to StarHub
Direct calls from overseas to Singapore for available countries only. IDD 018
and 1635 Operator Assisted calls are not eligible for any discount under
FCC.
- Each residential subscriber can only register for one FCC plan and
such FCC plan can only be applied to one of his/ her accounts (where such
subscriber has more than one account with StarHub).
- StarHub reserves the right to charge a subscription fee for FCC.
- FCC subscribers are bound by the prevailing StarHub's Terms and Conditions
for Info- Communications Services and these apply in addition to the terms and
conditions as set out herein.
- New subscribers of FCC will only start to enjoy the discount 7 days after
sending the FCC application to StarHub. FCC subscribers are advised to call
StarHub Customer Care at 1633 to check their status of their FCC application.
StarHub reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any such
application.
- The administration fee for any change or addition to the list of FCC
countries is $5 per country. FCC subscribers are advised to call StarHub
Customer Care at 1633 to check the status of the change of their nominated
countries. For change of nominated countries, FCC subscribers are advised to
call StarHub Customer Care at 1633 to check the status of when the discount on
the nominated countries will take effect.
- FCC may be terminated by the subscriber through a written notice of not less
than 7 working days to StarHub. Upon termination, the subscriber shall not be
entitled to receive any refund for any fee or amount paid. However, the
subscriber shall be entitled to receive the discount due to him under the FCC up
to the day prior to the effective termination date.
- StarHub reserves the right at anytime in its sole discretion to withhold any
discount under FCC from the subscriber when such calls also qualify for discount
under any other promotion, scheme or special deal implemented or offered by
StarHub from time to time.
- StarHub reserves the right to modify or change any of the FCC terms and
conditions and/or scheme at anytime in its sole discretion. The display of the
revised FCC terms and conditions and/or scheme on StarHub's website will
constitute notice to FCC subscribers of the modifications or changes. The
subscriber's continued use of StarHub IDD Services will constitute his
acceptance of the modifications or changes.
- StarHub may suspend or terminate FCC at anytime in its sole discretion.
