StarHub TV Starter Pack Promotion
- Promotion is only applicable to NEW StarHub CableTV customers to homes with 2-way interactivity signal.
- Promotion is valid from 04 November 2009 till a date determined by StarHub.
- A minimum contractual period of 12 continuous months to StarHub CableTV is required and a promotion Tiered Early Termination Charge as follows will be imposed on customers who terminate their subscription within the 12-month contractual period. Any period of suspension will not be counted towards the minimum contractual period.

All prices are inclusive of 7% GST.
- Discount is limited to $10.70 per month and will be credited to the customer’s account monthly for 12 continuous months. Thereafter, normal billing resumes. In the event if the service is suspended, the promotional discounts will not be given during the suspension period.
- 50% discount off HubStation rental is limited to $4.28 per month for 12 continuous months. Thereafter, normal billing resumes.
- Promotion is not applicable to customers who terminate their StarHub CableTV service under the same service address after 03 November 2009.
- Last day of installation is within 7 days from the date of sign-up.
- Installation charge of $32.10 applies for first set-top box and $16.05 for each subsequent set-top box installed on the same trip at the same service address.
- Delivery of set-top box(es) without installation is chargeable at $12.84 per trip at the same service address (not applicable to Box Swap/Remote Controls/Smart Cards/Accessories/Telescope/DTTV/StarHub CableTV prepaid services).
- StarHub CableTV service activation fee of $32.10 is waived.
- Promotion cannot be used to offset existing subscription charges or outstanding balances due to StarHub.
- Promotion is non-exchangeable for cash or kind and is non-refundable.
- Promotion is not applicable to other in-house promotions or discounts unless specified by StarHub.
- Promotion is not applicable to StarHub Digital Terrestrial TV, Commercial and Bulk Subscription customers.
- An equipment deposit of $250 is chargeable if the customer is not a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- In the event of a dispute, a customer’s entitlement or rights (if any) under Promotion is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub. StarHub TV is part of StarHub CableTV services. The use of such services is also subject to StarHub’s General Terms & Conditions for Info-communications Services and Service Specific Terms & Conditions for StarHub CableTV, which can be viewed at StarHub’s website www.starhub.com.
- StarHub reserves the right to revise these terms & conditions herein (including prices) at its discretion without prior notice. Participation in Promotion or use of StarHub CableTV will constitute acceptance of these terms & conditions and the amendments thereof.
