MaxOnline Ultimate Wireless Broadband Bundle with Digital Voice Promotion

  1. Promotion is while stocks last and is applicable to new subscriptions to a MaxOnline residential monthly access plan, or existing MaxOnline customers not on any promotional contract or outstanding bills with StarHub.
  2. A minimum contractual subscription period of 24 continuous months to MaxOnline Ultimate is required; otherwise a promotion Tiered Early Termination Charge shown below will be imposed. The early termination charge is also applicable in the event of any downgrade of access plan.

All prices are inclusive of 7% GST.

  1. The monthly subscription discount of 20% for MaxOnline Ultimate under this promotion will be valid for 24 continuous months. Thereafter, the prevailing rate applies.
  2. The free install is limited to the installation of cable modem with USB connection only.
  3. Digital Voice service is required for customers who take up the free Voice-enabled cable modem for this promotion under the same service address.
  4. Offer is only applicable to homes connected to StarHub's cable network.
  5. Customer must be 18 years old and above.
  6. An activation fee of $32.10 is chargeable for the activation of each new MaxOnline access plan.
  7. An activation charge of $42.80 is applicable for the activation of Digital Voice service.
  8. Each promotion is not exchangeable for cash or kind and is not refundable
  9. StarHub is not responsible for any defects of premium due to manufacturer or user's fault.
  10. All premium(s) are available on a first-come-first-serve basis and StarHub reserves the right to replace the premium(s) with other premium(s) of equal or lower value.
  11. Redemption of the promotional gift constitutes a purchase from the merchant supplying it. StarHub will not be responsible for any specifications, non-performance, delays in production/shipment or defect in the redeemed item.
  12. The period of premium registration and redemption will be as stipulated by StarHub in its absolute discretion. Premium not redeemed by the period stipulated by StarHub will be forfeited. Customer is still required to fulfill the contract even if the premium is not redeemed.
    Promotion is not applicable for corporate customers on employer-paying schemes or master-account bulk paying arrangements.
  13. Promotion is not applicable to landed homeowners on the Subscription Commitment Plan who are using MaxOnline subscription as the minimum subscription commitment.
  14. Promotion is applicable to landed homeowners on the 5-Year Landed Subscription Agreement provided customer has already met the minimum subscription for a StarHub service to which customer is currently subscribing.
  15. In the event of a dispute, a customer's entitlement to participate and/or receive the offer is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub.
  16. StarHub will not be responsible for any defects in the cable modem or if applicable, any hardware which customers may have connected to the cable modem. Any cable modem or if applicable, hardware purchased is covered under and subject to the terms of warranty from the relevant manufacturer.
