MaxOnline Express with 25% Discount Promotion

  1. Promotion is valid to such date as StarHub may determine, and is applicable to new MaxOnline subscriptions, or existing MaxOnline customers not on any promotional contract or outstanding bills with StarHub.
  2. A minimum contractual subscription period of 24 continuous months to MaxOnline Express is required, otherwise a promotion Tiered Early Termination Charge shown below will be imposed.

All prices are inclusive of 7% GST.

  1. The promotion Tiered Early Termination Charge is also applicable in the event of any downgrade.
  2. The 25% promotional discount from the monthly subscription is valid for MaxOnline Express ($44.94 monthly after discount) and for 24 continuous months. Thereafter, prevailing rates apply.
  3. Promotion is not valid with other in-house offers or packages unless specified by StarHub.
  4. Offer is only applicable to homes connected to StarHubs cable network.
  5. Customer must be 18 years old and above.
  6. Installation service is chargeable at $53.50 per computer connection and is limited to the installation of cable modems with USB connection only. Alternatively, delivery is available at $12.84 per trip.
  7. Each promotion is not exchangeable for cash or kind and is not refundable.
  8. All premium(s) are available on a first-come-first-serve basis and StarHub reserves the right to replace the premium(s) with other premium(s) of equal or lower value.
  9. An administrative fee of $32.10 is chargeable per request of documentation retrieval or proof.
  10. Promotion is not applicable for corporate customers on employer-paying schemes or master-account bulk paying arrangements.
  11. Promotion is not applicable to landed homeowners on the 2-Year Connection Fee Scheme who are enjoying complimentary MaxOnline service.
  12. Promotion is applicable to landed homeowners on the 5-Year Landed Subscription Fee Scheme so long as the minimum subscription to StarHub CableTV commitment is met.
  13. In the event of a dispute, a customers entitlement to participate and/or receive the offer is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub.
  14. Redemption of the promotional gift constitutes a purchase from the merchant supplying it. StarHub will not be responsible for any specifications, non-performance, delays in production/shipment or defect in the redeemed item.
  15. StarHub will not be responsible for any defects in the cable modem or if applicable, any hardware which customers may have connected to the cable modem. Any cable modem or if applicable, hardware purchased is covered under and subject to the terms of warranty from the relevant manufacturer.

  17. StarHub reserves the right to change its pricing and promotion terms and conditions relating to its service at its own discretion.

FREE Installation Hubber Bonus

  1. Valid till such date as StarHub may determine
  2. Applicable to customers who fulfill the following criteria:
    1. with StarHub Mobile or CableTV Postpaid subscription ; and
    2. must sign up to a new MaxOnline service with a minimum 12-month contract, under the same NRIC/FIN and service address but of a different service type as the existing StarHub service
  3. Not applicable for customers who renew the contract, MaxOnline FlexiSurf customers, other Hubber Bonuses, landed homeowners on the Landed Connection Plan who are enjoying complimentary MaxOnline service, commercial and bulk subscription and StarHub employee plan.
  4. StarHub reserves the right to reject any application for the promotion.
  5. Each customer hereby authorises StarHub to disclose information regarding himself or his account(s) for the purpose of the promotion.
  6. StarHub's records of all matters relating to the promotion (including a person's right to participate in the promotion) are conclusive evidence of the accuracy, completeness and truth of all matters stated therein.
  7. StarHub reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time and without notice. No customer will be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever in respect of such termination
  8. StarHub reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions (including price plans) at its discretion without prior notice. Participation in the promotion will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and the amendments thereof.

Hubber Bonus

  1. Applicable to existing StarHub Mobile postpaid and StarHub CableTV monthly plan customers signing up for a New MaxOnline monthly plan with minimum 12-month contract with at least one other type of StarHub service, under the same NRIC/FIN and Service Address.
  2. Free N Router Hubber Bonus is given away at StarHub's appointed Redemption Centre. A charge of $53.50 applies for customers who want the N Router to be installed.
  3. All Hubber Bonuses cannot be combined and is not applicable for renewal of contract.
