Membership Termination
- If I terminate my StarHub TV or MaxOnline subscription, will I still qualify for Hub Club membership?
If you terminate your StarHub TV or MaxOnline subscription, your Hub Club membership will also be terminated. The Hub Club discounts you enjoy on your other 2 primary services will also cease.
- If I terminate my Hub Club mobile line, will I still qualify for Hub Club membership?
If you do not have any other mobile lines in the same account as your Hub Club mobile line, then your Hub Club membership will be terminated and the Hub Club discounts you enjoy on your StarHub TV and MaxOnline services will also cease. However, if you do have nominated mobile lines in the same account as your Hub Club mobile line, we will automatically convert your mobile line under Hub Club membership to prevent any disruption to your Hub Club membership and discounts.
- If I terminate my nominated household mobile lines, will I still qualify for Hub Club membership?
Your Hub Club membership will not be affected if you terminate one of your nominated household mobile lines. You will still continue to enjoy discounts on your other services that are registered under Hub Club membership.
- How can I withdraw from the Hub Club membership and reinstated my Hub Club membership at a later date?
If you qualify for Hub Club membership and wish to withdraw from your Hub Club membership, you may send an email to us at hubclub@starhub.com. To enjoy the Hub Club discounts and privileges again, you must register for Hub Club membership via My Hub Club Membership.
- I wish to transfer one of my primary services to my relative/friend, will my Hub Club membership be disrupted?
Yes, your Hub Club membership will be terminated if there is a service or account transfer.
- Will my Hub Club membership be disrupted if I change subscription plans?
No, there will not be any disruption to your Hub Club membership if you change your subscription plan. This is provided the plan you are moving to meets the Hub Club membership criteria. For example, employer-paying schemes are not eligible for Hub Club membership.
