Main Hub ID

  1. How do I know I have registered myself as a Main Hub ID user?
    A Main Hub ID user is able to manage all the Supplementary Hub IDs. When you log in to your Hub ID, you will see “Hub ID Management” menu at the left-hand side of the page.
  2. How do I associate a Supplementary Hub ID to my Main Hub ID?
    To associate a Supplementary Hub ID to your Main Hub ID, it only takes a few simple steps:
    • Step 2: Select Hub ID Management
    • Step 3: Add a Supplementary Hub ID by either providing the existing Supplementary Hub ID or the email address of the person you wish to invite to create a Supplementary Hub ID.
  3. Can I remove the Supplementary Hub ID associated with my Main Hub ID?
    Yes, you can remove the Supplementary Hub ID association if it does not have an active WiFi subscription registered in your StarHub TV/MaxOnline account.

    It only takes a few simple steps:
    • Step 2: Select Hub ID Management
    • Step 3: Click “Remove” next to the Supplementary Hub ID that you wish to remove.
