    your StarHub services online.
  2. Why should I sign up for Hub iD?
    With a Hub iD, you can easily manage all your StarHub services:

      View your bills, update your billing address and personal particulars, renew your service contract, and subscribe to or change your
      value-added services.
    • My StarHub  (mobile app)
      View your service contract expiry date, bills, subscribe to Value-added Services and locate the nearest StarHub shops or Customer Service Centres via your mobile phone.
    • StarHub Rewards Redemption
      Reward yourself with treats from our catalogue.
    • StarHub Rewards Redemption

    • StarHub Music Store

  3. How do I sign up for a Hub iD account?
  4. Can I sign up for more than one Hub iD?
    As a StarHub customer, all you need is to sign up once using your NRIC or FIN.
  5. If I am not a StarHub customer, can I sign up for Hub iD?
    Yes, you may sign up for a Hub iD to access our StarHub Music and Game stores.
  6. I have an existing Hub iD.  Can I continue to use it to log in to My Account Manager (MAM) and StarHub Rewards redemption?
    Yes, existing Hub iD customers with active StarHub services can continue to use it to access MAM and StarHub Rewards page. 
  7. What is the difference between the existing Hub iD and the new one?
    The new Hub iD takes on an email format which lets you remember it effortlessly. 
  8. Can I change my existing Hub iD to the new one? 
    Yes, existing Hub iD customers may convert to the new format at a later date.  Once this is ready, we will communicate to you on how you can do so.  Meanwhile, please continue to use the current one to access MAM and the Rewards page.
  9. What will happen to my Hub iD if I terminate all StarHub service(s)?
    If you no longer have any active StarHub services, your Hub iD is still available for you to access to StarHub Music and Game stores at http://beentertained.starhub.com.
  10. I am a Hub iD Lite user.  Can I still use it to purchase content from  http://beentertained.starhub.com?
    Yes, you may continue to do so.  From now, Hub iD Lite will simply be known as Hub iD.
  11. I have updated my residential status from FIN to NRIC.  How do I inform StarHub on this change?
    To update your NRIC on our records, please provide us with a photocopy of your new NRIC (both sides) and fax it to (65) 6720 5000.

    Alternatively, you may email the scanned copy (both sides) to customerservice@starhub.com,  together with your account and contact details.
  12. I have a Hub iD Lite.  Will I have to change to another Hub iD if I have a StarHub service in future? 
    There is no need to change to another Hub iD.  All you need to do is to log into your Hub iD account to perform the following simple steps.
    Step 1: Login to ‘Hub iD Account Management’ with your existing Hub iD Lite and password at www.starhub.com/hubid
    Step 2: Go to ‘Upgrade Account’ to proceed with the account upgrade.
