  1. Can I buy a mobile phone or cable modem without signing up for any service plan or contract?
    All equipment purchases made online must be tied to a service subscription. If you wish to purchase equipment without any service subscription, please visit any of our StarHub Shops.
  2. What are the payment modes available for orders placed online?We accept Cash , MasterCard, VISA , American Express credit cards and cheques for equipment and hardware purchases. Service-related StarHub subscription charges will be charged to your StarHub bill. Deposits, if required, are payable by cash only.
  3. Can I use my StarHub shop vouchers or StarHub Rewards points for purchase made online?
    We do not accept StarHub Shop vouchers or StarHub Rewards points for online purchases currently. You may use your StarHub Shop vouchers at any of our StarHub Shops and redeem your StarHub Rewards points for any other rewards redemptions.
  4. How do I make enquiries about my order?You may call our Sales Hotline at 1630 for assistance on your order. Please quote your order/reference number.
  5. Can I trade-in my old handset when making a purchase online?Yes, trade-ins are accepted together with the purchase of a mobile phone package. Please refer to the Mobile trade-in list for details. All trade-in mobile phones must be in good working condition and come with handset, original battery and charger.
  6. Are promotions advertised online also available at StarHub Shops and vice versa?Promotions advertised online may not necessarily be available at our Shops and vice versa. Promotions advertised online are also subject to availability and while stocks last.
  7. How long does it take to deliver an order I've placed online?We will contact you within the next working day to confirm your order and arrange for a delivery/installation time convenient for you.
  8. What are the delivery or installation charges like?Our delivery and installation charges are as follows:
Mobile phone delivery $12.84 per trip
(waived for mobile phone packages above $100)
StarHub TV installation $32.10 per trip
MaxOnline installation $53.50 per PC connection
Digital Voice installation $53.50 per hardware
Note: Delivery is available for Singapore mainland only. For delivery/installation of more than one service, the higher charge will prevail. All prices quoted are inclusive of 7% GST.
  1. Do I have to be present at the time of delivery/installation?
    Yes, you need to be present at the time of delivery to sign and accept the purchase. We will need your proof of identification (NRIC/FIN or passport) in order to proceed with the installation or delivery of your item(s). Please ensure that your personal particulars provided at the point of purchase is the same as what is given at the point of delivery , to minimise any inconvenience.
  2. Can I appoint an authorised party to receive my purchases on my behalf if I am not available at the point of delivery?
    You are requested to take delivery of your orders personally. However, should you wish to have someone receive them on your behalf, please inform our staff in advance and arrange for the relevant documents available for verification by our colleague.

    • Your original NRIC/FIN/passport*
    • The original NRIC/FIN/passport* of the person receiving the items on your behalf.
    * Please note that photocopies will not be accepted.
  3. Is there any cancellation charge?
    Yes, there will be a S $30 cancellation charge should you decide to cancel your order upon delivery.
  4. Can I cancel my purchase and return the equipment after I have made an online purchase?
    We do not accept returns or exchange of equipment/handset after the delivery or installation has been made.
  5. Are my transactions in the StarHub online shop secure?
    We strive to ensure that all transactions made at our StarHub online shop are safe by using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software . The software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. W e also make use of 128-bit encryption, which is the highest level of encryption available commercially. It encrypts all of your personal information, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
  6. How do I know if my browser is secure?
    Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and above, Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.1 and above, or Netscape 4.06 and above supports 128-bit SSL. Your browser will automatically enter the secure mode when you enter our StarHub online shop. For added security , a lock icon is also displayed in the status bar to indicate secure mode. No lock icon is visible during normal unencrypted sessions.
