Pay StarHub Bills

To sign up for GIRO payment*, you can either

  • Call our Billing hotline at 1637 for a GIRO application form and quote your StarHub Account Number

OR


Simply complete the application form and return it to:

Upon approval by your bank, the following message will appear on your bill:
"The total outstanding balance will be deducted from your XXXXX via GIRO on dd/mm/yy."

Once this message appears, you will no longer need to send us any payment as the amount will be deducted directly from your bank account monthly. To keep your subscription current, please remember to maintain sufficient funds in your bank account.

*As a StarHub Mobile subscriber, you can enjoy free 100 SMS/MMS^ per month till 31 December 2012, when you start your GIRO payment by 31 December 2011.

^Not applicable for SharePlus Plan, DataPack and Employee Plan.

By Credit Cards

We accept payments by major credit cards#(VISA, MasterCard, Amex and Diners). You have the option of using your credit card for payment of the current bill and monthly deduction of all subsequent bills or for payment of the current bill only. You can either

  • Fill in your credit card details and indicate your option on the original payment slip in your bill

OR


Upon approval, the following message will appear on your bill:
"The total outstanding balance will be deducted from your Credit Card account XXXXX on dd/mm/yy."

#As a StarHub Mobile subscriber, get free 100 SMS/MMS^ per month till 31 December 2012, when you start recurring credit card payment by 31 December 2011.

^Not applicable for SharePlus Plan, DataPack and Employee Plan.

Cheque/Cashier’s Order

Cheques or cashier's orders should be crossed "A/C PAYEE ONLY" with the customer number written on the reverse and made payable to "StarHub Ltd". Do not send post-dated cheques. The lower portion of your bill (bill stub) should be attached together with your payment. Please submit all relevant bill stubs and indicate the payment amount on each stub if the payment is for more than one account. No instructions should be written on the bill stub. Mail your remittance together with the relevant bill stub(s) in the enclosed Business Reply Envelope or send to the following address:

Paying In Person

Bring along your latest bill for payment at 7-Eleven Stores, AXS Stations, AXS QuickBill at Cheers and FairPrice Xpress @ Esso Outlets, iNETS Kiosks, Singapore Post Offices, SAM and StarHub Customer Service Centres.

  • 7-Eleven stores. You can make payment using cash, cashcard or NETS at any of the local 7-Eleven stores. For information on the locations of 7-Eleven stores, please call 7-Eleven Hotline at 1800-891-8100.
  • AXS Stations. You can pay your StarHub bills at all AXS Stations. For information on the locations of AXS Stations, please visit www.axs.com.sg or call the AXS hotline at 6560-2727.
  • AXS QuickBill. You can pay your StarHub bills at Cheers and Fairprice Xpress @ Esso Outlets. For information and location of participating outlets, please visit www.axs.com.sg or call the AXS hotline at 6560-2727.
  • iNETS Kiosks. You can pay your StarHub bills at all iNETS Kiosks. For information on the locations of iNETS Kiosks, please visit www.nets.com.sg/inets or call NETS Customer Service Hotline at 6274-1212.
  • Post Offices and Self-service Automated Machines (SAM). Payment can be made by cash, cashcard, or NETS at any Post Office. You may also pay at any of the Self-service Automated Machines via NETS.
  • StarHub Customer Service Centres

Via My Account Manager

You can make online payment using your Credit Card or eNETS via My Account Manager.

Simply log on using your Hub iD and look for "Pay Bills".
If you do not have a Hub iD, simply register for one at the website.

You can pay your StarHub Ltd bills through GIRO-On-Demand/Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard only) at www.vPOST.com.sg. If you do not have a vPOST account, simply register for one at vPOST website. For enquiries, please call SingPost at 1605 or email to enquiries@vpost.com.sg.

Note: Please remember to quote your StarHub Account No. so that your payment will be updated correctly. Please allow 3 working days for payments to be credited into your accounts.
