  1. What is the StarHub Bill Payment Reminder about?
    This is an automated phone system that updates StarHub customers on outstanding balances in their StarHub accounts. The automated system allows us to bring our customers greater convenience in accessing details on payment and outstanding balances. The incoming call number will be displayed as 63099052.

  2. Why am I receiving Bill Payment Reminder notification?
    Notifications are sent to customers with outstanding balances in their StarHub account(s).

  3. Why do I have to enter my NRIC number?
    We would require your NRIC number for verification purposes and to facilitate retrieval of your customer records.

  4. How do I access the automated phone system?
    Following a call from the system, you may access the system within the next three days by dialing 63099052.

  5. Will I be charged on the calls made to callback number?
    Yes. Normal airtime charges will apply.

  6. Can I dial the Callback number using non StarHub number?
    Yes. However, you will need to verify your particulars accordingly before being able to access the system.

  7. Why am I receiving the Bill Payment Reminder call when I have already made payment?
    This is due to the difference in timing between the automated call and the update of payment information in our system. Please ignore the call if payment has already been made. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    The automated system allows us to bring our customers greater convenience by providing information on payment and by allowing customers to access details on their outstanding balances efficiently.
