Q. Is Wireless@SG available at all terminals?
A. Yes, with effect from January 2008, visitors to Singapore Changi Airport will have access to wireless broadband service at all terminals.

Q. Is the service provided for free?
A. Yes, Wireless@SG is a free service.

Q. I already have a Wireless@SG account from Singtel, do I have to register again to use the service at Changi Airport?
A. No, you can use the same Wireless@SG login ID and password from iCell, Singtel or Qmax/M1Net.

Q. Can I surf wirelessly at all areas in the Terminals?
A. Yes, comprehensive coverage is provided at the Terminals.

Q. As a Wireless@SG user, what is the bandwidth I will be assigned?
A. The free Wireless@SG service offers speed of up to 512Kbps.

Q. I don't have a Wireless@SG account. Can I register for it at Changi Airport?
A. Yes you can, just click on the "New User Sign-Up" link on the wallgarden.

Q. Can I register for the free service if I am not a Singaporean?
A. Yes you can. The Wireless@SG service is open to all local and overseas users. To register, simply provide your Passport Number.

Q. I don't have a mobile phone number. Can I provide other details like my email instead?
A. Unfortunately, the requirement to provide a mobile phone number is mandated by the Regulator as a safety feature. All service providers for Wireless@SG are required to adhere to this requirement.

Q. I am a StarHub Mobile / StarHub Broadband customer. How can I surf wirelessly at Changi Airport?
A. There are 2 types of wireless services available for StarHub customers at Changi Airport. As a StarHub customer, you can sign-up for the free StarHub Wireless Broadband service or wireless@SG service via StarHub.

Q. Is StarHub providing other wireless broadband services at Changi Airport?
A. Yes. Existing premium wireless broadband services will still be provided at Changi Airport. Starhub Wireless Broadband customers, Roaming customers ( WBA, iPass and Boingo) and customers who pay via credit card can still access these premium services at the airport.

Q. As a premium customer, am I limited to speeds of up 512Kbps?
A. No, premium customers are assigned higher speeds of up to 2Mbps.
