- What is a Hub ID?
Hub ID is a unique User ID and password created by you to access any of your associated StarHub account(s). With a Hub ID, you can manage all your StarHub services online with just one user ID and password and enjoy the ease and convenience of a single sign-on.

Hub ID gives you the following advantages
- Convenience
Hub ID allows you to associate all your various existing StarHub User ID(s) and/or password(s) to your Hub ID, banishing the need to remember multiple IDs and password.
- Enhanced Online Experience
Login once and gain access to all your associated applications and services.
Note: This applies only to selected applications on the web. If you are accessing email using your PC email client, you would still need to authenticate separately using your email ID and password to our email server, vice versa for dial-up and wireless broadband access.
- Why do I need to associate my existing StarHub service(s) with Hub ID?
This is a one-time exercise to verify that the user account(s) tied to your StarHub service(s) are valid.
Once our system has authenticated your existing user account(s), we will proceed to create your Hub ID using your preferred password.
- Can I have more than 1 Hub ID?
A StarHub Mobile customer or StarHub TV/MaxOnline customer can create up to 1 Main Hub ID and 4 Supplementary Hub IDs, all unique.
- What is a Main Hub ID?
A Main Hub ID is one that is associated with at least one paying StarHub account - either StarHub Mobile (Post-paid customers only) or StarHub TV/MaxOnline service.
- What is a Supplementary Hub ID?
A Supplementary Hub ID must be associated to a Main Hub ID. It is one that is associated with a StarHub service, but its owner is not the subscriber of StarHub Mobile and/or StarHub TV/MaxOnline services.
- How do I register for a Hub ID?
First, you need to be a paying subscriber of at least one of the following StarHub services:
- StarHub Mobile (Post-paid customers only) and/or
- StarHub TV/MaxOnline

To obtain a Supplementary Hub ID, you may get the Main Hub ID owner to invite you via an email for Hub ID registration. After you have accepted the invitation, you will be associated with the Main Hub ID.
