Terms and Conditions

  1. StarHub Interactive TV movie ticketing promotion is valid from 18 January 2010 to 31 July 2010.
  2. The monthly lucky draw will be held on the first week of the following month, with the first month in February 2010, consecutively for six months to July 2010.
  3. The Lucky Draw is applicable to active StarHub TV residential customers who purchase Golden Village ("GV") movie tickets via interactive TV on HubStation during the promotion period.
  4. Multiple entries are permitted. Each eligible customer is entitled to one lucky draw chance per transaction during the promotion period regardless of the number of GV tickets purchased in that transaction.
  5. The prize for the Lucky Draw will be one Samsung mobile handset. In addition, 10 pairs of GV movie passes will be given out as consolation prizes.
  6. StarHub and GV reserve(s) the right to reject any application for this contest.
  7. GV will conduct all draws as well as notifying all winners on the collection of prizes at designated addresses.
  8. All prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit or in kind.
  9. StarHub and GV reserve the right to replace prizes with another of equal or higher value without prior notice.
  10. GV decision on the draw is final and no correspondences will be entertained.
  11. All winners will be notified by email. StarHub and GV reserves the right to refuse incomplete entries.
  12. All winners will redeem their prizes by 31 August 2010. Prizes unredeemed will be subjected to the discretion of StarHub and GV.
  13. In the event of a dispute, a customer’s entitlement to participate and/or receive the offer is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of GV.
  14. StarHub and GV reserve the right to revise any of these terms and conditions at our discretion without prior notice.
  15. Contestants under 18 years old must seek parental consent before participating in the Lucky Draw.
