Terms and Conditions
- The promotional rates for calls made from Overseas to Singapore using the $10 HomeConnect card is is valid from 11 February 2011. The offer of 50% extra value on HomeConnect cards shall be effective till further notice.
- The promotional rates do not include any other surcharges or taxes imposed by overseas hotels and telecommunications companies. Customers have to bear such surcharges and taxes.
- Prevailing roaming charge applies while using HomeConnect service on Postpaid Mobile.
- This 50% Extra Value promotion will apply to new and unutilized $10 HomeConnect cards that are activated during the promotional period. To activate new and unutilized $10 HomeConnect cards while in Singapore, dial 1884 or 68201884 from any SingTel payphone and enter the 14-digit card number. To activate new and unutilized HomeConnect cards while overseas, please dial the country access number of the country you are in and enter the 14-digit card number.
Note: 50% extra value promotion is not applicable to HomeConnect cards with serial numbers that fall within 12748002 to 12750001 range. - To enjoy the 50% extra value, activate the new HomeConnect card (during the promotional period) before the transfer of value to an existing card.
