StarHub TV 50% off HubStation for 6 Months Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion is applicable to new and existing StarHub CableTV customers without outstanding payment, whose homes are connected with 2-way interactivity signal.
  2. Promotion is valid till 31 March 2010.
  3. No minimum contractual period and no Promotion Early Termination Charge will be imposed.
  4. 50% off HubStation for 6 months applies only on the main box.
  5. 50% off HubStation HD for 6 Months will be given as a discount and credited to customer’s account monthly for 6 continuous months. Thereafter, normal billing will resume In the event should the service be suspended, the promotional discounts will not be given during the suspension period.
  6. 50% off HubStation for 6 Months is applicable to new and existing StarHub CableTV customers who do not have a HubStation.
  7. Last day of installation is within 7 days from the date of sign-up.
  8. Promotion cannot be used to offset existing subscription charges or outstanding balances due to StarHub.
  9. Promotion is non-exchangeable for cash or kind and is non-refundable.
  10. Promotion is not applicable to other in-house promotions or discounts unless specified by StarHub.
  11. Promotion is not applicable to landed homeowners on the Landed Connection Plan who are enjoying complimentary StarHub CableTV services.

KaraOK! Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. This lucky draw is open to all existing StarHub TV customers who subscribe to KaraOK! Monthly Subscription as of 31 March 2010, except employees of StarHub and its advertising agencies.
  2. Selection process to pick the winners will be conducted by StarHub in its absolute discretion.  The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
  3. Winners will be notified via phone by 15 April 2010.
  4. Each person is entitled to only 1 prize.
  5. All outstanding accounts due to StarHub must be cleared before collection of the prizes.
  6. All prizes not collected during the stipulated redemption period will be forfeited. StarHub reserves the right to redistribute any unclaimed prizes to other participants or donate any unclaimed prizes to the Community Chest or any other approved charitable organisations.
  7. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchangeable for cash or other benefit-in-kind.
  8. StarHub reserves the right to replace any prize with another prize of a similar value.
  9. The redemption of any prize shall constitute a purchase of goods or services by the person redeeming the prize from the merchant supplying the redeemed goods or services, and StarHub assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or defaults of the merchant or for any non-delivery, non-performance or defects in the redeemed goods or services. StarHub is not an agent of the merchant. Any dispute about the quality or performance must be resolved directly with the merchant. The use of the redeemed goods or services is subject to such other terms and conditions which may be imposed by the merchant supplying the goods or services.  StarHub will not be responsible for any injuries, loss or damage suffered as result of the redemption or consummation of the prize.
  10. The redeemed goods or services are only for the winner’s personal and non-commercial use. The winner must not resell such goods or services.
  11. StarHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate the redemption of any prize if the winner defaults in any outstanding payments due to StarHub or fails to comply with any of these Terms & Conditions.
  12. StarHub reserves the right to use names and pictures/photographs/likeness of the finalists/winners and their entries in any marketing or publicity materials without notice, or require the finalists/winners to appear in any form of marketing or publicity activity.
  13. StarHub reserve(s) the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time and without notice. Participation in this contest shall constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the amendments thereof.
